The Management College features four-year undergraduate programs, it
also offers post-graduate programs. Meanwhile, incorporated with other
well-established courses, this college is striving for an authorized
doctoral station. To meet the demands of the development of civil
aviation and the general public service, the staff aims to cultivate
talent traffic & transportation managerial personnel out of candidates
with a background of economics and business management. Through a
gradual course, this college will become a research base of aviation
economics and management, and a cradle of experts in such fields. At
present, there are about 1,000 students, and 36 teachers, among whom
there are 32 with Master’s Degrees and 13 professors or associate
professors.
In order to reinforce academic disciplines, efforts have been
made to establish the module of courses in business management.
Meanwhile, more modules will be established involving International
Finance and Trade, Aviation Transportation Management, Human Resources
Management, and Aviation logistics. At the same time advanced
educational concepts are introduced. In completing post-graduate
programs, corporations exist between this college and RMIT University
(Australia), Cranfield University of Technology (U.K.), ENAC (France),
IATA, Rolls & Roys, Air Bus and United Airlines(US). Thus a solid
foundation is provided for the enhancement of the staff’s qualifications
and the wide exchanges among universities.
Management College offers four undergraduate specialties:
Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management and Industrial
Engineering. One postgraduate program ----Enterprise Management---- has
its studying fields covering Financial Management, Human Resources
Management and Airline Operations.
