The Vocational Technical College of CAUC is a general，full-time，higher vocational technical college under CAUC. It is one of the first higher vocational colleges designated by CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China). The goal of the college is to meet the demand of the civil aviation industries and local economic development and to train students to be the practical talents in the front line of engineering. At present it is an important base that trains a great many of professional technicians for the civil aviation industry.
    It offers associate degrees in vocational education. In order to maintain its unique characteristic of higher vocational education, the college insists on relying on the resources of CAUC and on seeking cooperation with enterprises in the aviation industry, and expanding new forms of cooperation in education. It offers the programs of Aircraft Mechanical and Electronic Equipment Maintenance, Airport Safety Inspection, Communication Techniques, Tourism and Hotel Management, Business English, E-business and so on. The college is equipped with advanced facilities of experimental and professional classrooms. Additionally, there is a large-scale, professional practice and training base. This college has a faculty who has great working capability, much work experience, and enhanced teaching quality. Thus the advantage resulting from the merging of engineering, business, and management has come into shape. This brought about the adaptation of education to aviation and general purposes and trained talents for the front-line of the industry.
