才华，女，副教授。出生于辽宁省葫芦岛市。主讲课程《有机化学》，《有机化学实验》，《大学化学》，等；主持完成天津市实验室开放基金1项，主持完成中央高校基金3项，参与完成国家自然基金1项，参加完成国家自然科学基金民航联合基金培育项目1项，参与完成天津市自然基金一项；指导学生获天津市挑战杯二等奖，天津市大学化学竞赛一等奖多名，指导多项国家级、天津市级创新创业项目。在国际相关学科权威学术期刊上（如Journal of Alloys and Compounds，J. Org. Chem., Inorg. Chem. Commun.等）发表研究论文30余篇。
