讲座摘要：To equip students with the knowledge and practical skills to understand, protect, and leverage intellectual property rights within the civil aviation and aeronautical engineering sectors, enabling them to foster innovation, safeguard technological advancements, and enhance industry competitiveness.

Phase I- Explain the types, scope, and legal frameworks of intellectual property rights relevant to the civil aviation and aeronautical engineering sectors.

Phase II- Demonstrate how IPR protection strategies can foster innovation, safety, and competitiveness in aircraft design, manufacturing, and related technologies.

Phase III- Apply IPR principles in evaluating, securing, and commercializing technological advancements within the aviation and aeronautics industry.

讲座嘉宾：Ahmad Raza Bilal 巴基斯坦萨戈达大学 教授 博士

专家介绍：Prof. Dr. Ahmad Raza Bilal serves as the Director of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization at the University of Sargodha, where he also leads the Business Incubation Center, Career Development Centre, and the UoS Alumni Association.

Dr. Bilal has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has successfully completed numerous national and international funded projects along with several industrial consultancy assignments. A certified technopreneurship trainer, he has secured 22 intellectual property rights and established multiple spinoff ventures.

As a master trainer in advanced teaching pedagogies and research methods under the UK-Pakistan Science and Innovation Global Network (UPSIGN), Prof. Bilal plays a pivotal role in enhancing academic capacity and innovation culture. He actively promotes interdisciplinary research, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across diverse scientific and professional domains.
