讲 座 内 容：

Ronald O'Brien, a Certified Aircraft Accident Investigator will examine the structure of ICAO Annex 13 - Aircraft Accident and Investigation to show how the sole objective of the investigation of an accident or incident shall be the prevention of accidents and incidents.

The U. S. National Transportation Safety Board Aviation Investigation Manual will be examined to provide a detailed examination of both accident site data collection and the analysis of contributing factors.

A number of aircraft accidents for which Mr. O'Brien was a member of the investigating team will be examined in regards to the dangers faced by CAUC graduates relating to runway incursions, unstable landings, and poor situational awareness.

An opportunity will be provided for attendees to address any questions or observation to the presenter.
