Abstract:

At present，the research of advisory circulars is limited to only one or several advisory circulars，citation index is introduced to analyze the advisory circulars of aircraft engine overall，presenting an integrated analytic method based on citation index to study the advisory circulars. Firstly the advisory circulars of one Federal Aviation Regulation is chosen as the study object，citation network diagram is obtained according to the mutual reference relations between advisory circulars，then the advisory circulars are analyzed combining with evaluation indicators'qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the basis of citation network diagram. Finally，the advisory circulars of this regulation is taken for practical annlysis，verifing the feasibility of this method.
