Abstract: Taxing-out delay cost is taken as research object, considering airlines'cost and passenger cost including environmentalcost. Four aircraft types are selected forcase study. In addition, relationship between environmental cost, total cost and price of carbon dioxide is analyzed based on sensitivity analyses. Results show that delay costs for A320, B738, B763 and B744 are seperately 446 RMB/min, 479 RMB/min, 907 RMB/min, 1 578 RMB/min;carbon dioxide cost accounts for a high percentage of environmental cost and increases rapidly with the price of carbon dioxide while the rate slows down; however, the environmental cost accounts for a low percentage of total cost and also increases as the price of carbon dioxide when the rate is almost constant.
