    Study on service performance test of Beidou RDSS in general aviation surveillance

    It is an important way for improving the application of Beidou system on general aviation to conduct service performance test of Beidou RDSS applied in running surveillance. Beidou user terminals and its command system are used and Y-12 general aviation plane is chosen to carry out the tests. The flight tests includes different latitudes,different installation methods of airborne equipment and different flight stages. The success rate of position report data receiving of Beidou RDSS is used as the index to analyze the effect characteristics of latitude, installation method and flight stage on the surveillance performance. Analyzing results show that there is no significant difference for success rate in different latitude areas. The installation method has significant effect on the success rate and when the antenna is installed on the top of the plane, the success rate reaches the highest. There is no obvious difference for success rate in each flight stage. It can be concluded that Beidou RDSS possesses equivalent surveillance service performance in different latitude areas and flight stages, but the performance is of high correlation with the installation place of antenna. Based on the performance, the service level of Beidou RDSS for each user is discussed to illustrate the potential of Beidou system applied in the surveillance of general aviation.

    Aircraft scheduling has been the bottleneck of air transport in airport terminals all the time. In order to improve the airport runway efficiency and to reduce the runway condition of too busy or too idle for a long time and improve the using efficiency of airport resources. Based on multi-runway scheduling problem of arrival aircraft, a 0-1 mixed integer programming model is established to minimize the maximum aircrafts delay and analyze the results with CPLEX which are then compared with the result of FCFS (first-come-first-served) model. Example proves that CPLEX is better than FCFS, and the proposed model can better optimize multi-runway scheduling problem of arrival aircrafts, offering guidance to airport terminals in practical application.

    Based on the aircraft outfield information-delivery workflow system of civil aircraft manufacturers, assessment target of aircraft outfield information system has been constructed. Combining with analytic hierarchy process and expert opinion, assessment target weight of outfield information system has been endued and the fuzzy relation matrix of assessment target has been determined. Maturity level of outfield information system is accessed with the method of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the maturity level of the system is determined. Then continuous improvement advice is put forward.

    Datum about one airlines'CFM56-7B engine fleet containing borescope inspection information about high pressure turbine are used to analyze failure reasons of thermal barrier coatings. Statistical analyzing method is employed to determine the failure distribution model. Regression analysis is then conducted to obtain the damage development trend of leading edge of blade. Finally, average life expectancy of leading edge of blade is computed.

    As important methods to deal with international carbon emission tax on aviation, monitoring and verifying techniques of aircrafts'emissions in terminal area are required to establish the supervision system of aviation emission. Through the energy consumption model based on aircrafts'performance data and atmospheric data around the airport, combined with aircrafts'trajectory data, the real-time initiative monitoring of aircraft's emission could be finally achieved. Airborne QAR(quickly access record) data approves that the current model could effectively calculate aircrafts'emission based on their trajectory data. The current model is capable of active emission surveillance in terminal area.

    In order to solve the problems of civil airport emergency management, and improve the capability of airport emergency management, 27 main factors are determined, and evaluation index system is established based on analysis of airport emergency management process. Through the emergency case analysis and expert interviews,considering the opinion of airport employees who work in the forefront,entropy method is applied. The matterelement
    model of airport emergency management capability is established by applying matter-element theory, and it is used to evaluate the emergency management capability of Airport A. Result shows that the comprehensive assessment for airport emergency capacity can be fulfilled by using this method and the risk and weak link of airport emergency management can be found out by analyzing the capabilities with few marks.

    Through monitoring of post-construction settlement of Chengde Airport in Hebei Province, the variation law between height of filled body and post-construction settlement is analyzed. By comparing the settlement prediction methods commonly used in engineering. the application of high filling practical creep computation algorithm in post-construction settlement prediction is discussed. Based on this method, a prediction method of foundation stability rate and foundation stability time is proposed. Result shows that the variation law between height of filling body and post-construction settlement is linear and there exists a significant factor affecting the post-construction settlement in high filling project. The high filled creep practical algorithm can predict the developing trend of
    post-construction settlement, the prediction of foundation stability rate and foundation stability time can provide a reference for subsequent pavement planning.

    In order to meet the requirements of rapid repair of airport concrete pavement and structural durability, the char acteristics of concrete roadway corners damage are summarized and analyzed. The local solidified restoration is used to repair the concrete roadway. The mechanical analysis of the concrete pavement structural stress is carried out, which mainly includes the before and after state of damage, as well as the use of local embedded prosthesis repair, providing theoretical guidance for the subsequent restoration of the prosthetic structure when the local embedded prosthesis is used.

    A tool combining with components stress analysis and synthetic E-Bayes theory is proposed to deal with the mean life of complex aeronautical electronics with the intention to handle the nondecoupling for the inputs of traditional synthetic E-Bayes. It is done with the truncation time of terminated testing as zero-failure data and the result of the components stress analysis as the failure data which is aimed to solve the direct dependence on zero-failure data and little relationship with practical performance for failure data. The computational formula of the mean life is deduced when the tool is used in the emergency power system of C919 airplane. To research the robustness, this tool is compared with the traditional synthetic expected Bayesian. As a result, the foregoing shows a better robustness.

    Fleet assignment is one of the most important problems in airline resource optimization and management, which affects the profitability and competitiveness greatly. In order to solve the singularity of existing fleet assignment methods, a multi-objective fleet assignment model is proposed based on traditional fleet assignment models,which means that taking profit maximization and least number of aircraft as optimizational targets. However, complicated multi-objective solving model can bring bias target solving. NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the multiobjective problem. The instance verifies the effectiveness of this method. Compared with single-objective optimization for fleet assignment model, experiment shows that the result solved by the proposed model can reach more even distribution and provide reference for decision making of airline fleet assignment.

    There is now a prior focus on transaction prices in purchasing civil airplanes by airlines and airplane financial leasing companies. Few investigations have been conducted in order to develop prediction models of civil airplane transaction price, while most of those proposed models are based on a variety of regression analysis methods which are usually limited to the estimation of prices of brand new airplanes. In the current study, a prediction model of civil airplanes transaction prices based on BP ANN (artificial neural network)is established, selecting length,wingspan, height, maximum take-off weight, maximum payload, range, cruising speed, seat number, capacity of cargo, thrust of engine and age as the inputs of the forecasting model. The BP ANN model is trained and calibrated using selected transaction sample data, and is then validated. Results show that it has the ability to generalize regulations of data and precise prediction. It is thus feasible to be used for predicting airplanes transaction prices.

    Rough set theory is adopted to find a rule set for air freight volume prediction. Based on the prediction, the tendency of Chinese air freight volume is identified, which is important reference to allocate resources of air freight industry. The prediction procedure that combines rough set theory and the requirement of air freight volume prediction is provided. Concerning statistical data from 1978 to 2014, grey correlation analysis is used to increase the number of samples. The rule set for air freight volume prediction is attained after a series of executions involving decision table construction, completion, discretization, reduction, rule acquirement, and so on. Considering the main characteristics of Chinese economy and society during the 13th-five-year-plan period, it is predicted that the annual growth rate of air freight volume is 5%~10%.

    Rough set model based on prior probability dominance relation is an important expansion of rough set theory.However, it has its own defects and shortcomings. Rough set model based on conditions prior probability dominance relation is established on the basis of attribute value data statistics of incomplete partial order relation decision system. It not only takes into account different conditions of the same attribute values, but also the correlation between different attributes, so that a variety of prior information can be fully utilized. Therefore, the classification accuracy and quality can be improved effectively. This new model is proved to be effective and practical by theoretical analysis and practical example.
