RFM 性能章节评审要素和编制规范研究

摘要: 针对运输类直升机飞行手册渊RFM冤中的性能章节展开研究,在详细解析CCAR29.1587“性能资料”条款的基础上,给出了推荐的符合性验证方法,并分析了性能章节的符合性审定要素。参考AC29.1587,研究AC313、BK117-C2、A109S、S-76C 等型号RFM 的相关章节,提出了满足CCAR29.1587 条款的RFM 性能章节撰写要求,并从结构、内容和格式三方面给出了编写建议,以提高中国直升机飞行手册编制的严谨性和规范性。

Abstract: Performance chapter of transporting RFM is researched, recommended compliance verification method and compliance inspection factors of the regulation are analyzes and proposed basing on detailed explanation of CCAR29.1587 Performance Information. Take AC29.1587 and relevant chapters of RFMs such as AC313,BK117-C2, A109S and S-76C as reference, some requirements are proposed to make the RFM performance chapter meet the standard of CCAR29.1587, putting forward writing specifications from the aspects of structure,content and format, helping improve the preciseness and normalization of RFM compilation in China.
