摘要: 针对空中交通管制中航空器轨迹预测误差较大的问题, 提出了一种基于ADS-B 数据挖掘的航迹预测方法。该方法通过对ADS-B 历史飞行数据深入挖掘,对航线、机型等数据进行统计分析、滤波降噪处理再进行CURE 聚类分析。以青岛—北京CDG4651 航班航迹数据为依据,预测某日的航迹轨迹、过点时间及过点高度等,结果表明,该预测方法具有准确性和实用性。

Abstract: Aiming at the big error of 4D trajectory prediction in air traffic control, a trajectory prediction method based on ADS-B data mining is proposed. Through deep mining on historical ADS-B flight data, statistical analyses on routes and aircraft types, data filtering, noise reduction and CURE cluster analysis of historical data are conducted. Taking trajectory data of Qingdao-Beijing CDG4651 flight as instance, the trajectory, over-time and over-height of the flight on a certain day are predicted. Result shows that the current method is accurate and practical.
