复合材料层合板修理结构湿热环境的弯曲性能

Flexural properties of repaired composite laminate structure under hygrothermal conditions

摘要: 为研究民用航空器结构用复合材料修理结构在应对环境变化时,弯曲性能的演变规律及机理,利用电子万能材料试验机、扫描电镜、激光共聚焦显微镜等设备系统,研究了经不同胶接挖补维修方案修理前后的纤维增强苯并噁嗪复合材料层板结构在干态/吸湿环境条件下的弯曲性能演变及失效机理。结果表明:本体修理材料/热压罐固化方式、本体修理材料/热补仪固化方式、非本体修理材料/热压罐固化方式、非本体修理材料/热补仪固化方式工艺修试板的弯曲强度在室温下可恢复至完好试样的99%、95%、97%、87%;相同修理工艺条件下,经过湿热处理后试样的弯曲性能恢复率分别降至65%、56%、60%、34%。弯曲断口分析,完好试样的失效形式为纤维受拉断裂,修理试样的失效形式为纤维受拉断裂及脱粘拔出。采用本体修理材料/热压罐固化方式修理试样的纤维/树脂界面结合最佳。

Abstract: In order to research the evolves regularities and mechanism of bending properties of composite repaired structures for civil aircraft structures when dealing with environmental changes, the bending behavior and failure mechanism of benzoxazine composite laminates under dry/hygroscopic conditions are systematically researched by means of electronic universal material testing machine, scanning electron microscope and laser confocal microscope. Results show that the bending strength of the bulk material/autoclave, bulk material/thermal compensation instrument, non-bulk material/autoclave,non-bulk material/thermal compensation instrument repair test plate can be restored to 99%,95%,97%,87% of the intact sample at room temperature. After heatmoisture treatment,the flexural properties restoration ratesare respectively reduced to 65%, 56%, 60%, 34%.
Bending fracture analysis shows that the failure mode of the intact specimen is tensile fracture of the fiber,and the failure mode of the repaired specimen is tensile fracture and debonding pull-out of the fiber. In summary,the fiber/resin interface bonding of the repaired specimen has the best performance by usingthe bulk repair material/ hot-pressing pot curing method.
