摘要: V2500-A5发动机的LPC(lowpressurecompressor)2.5级放气系统是保证发动机安全可靠运行的重要部件。针对近年来该型号发动机LPC2.5级放气系统故障和排故实际案例,通过文献分析和案例研究,并结合国内某航空公司机队故障数据,对该系统故障的组成、分类和解决方法加以分析,提出了2.5级放气活门损伤的监控和预防方法,可为航空公司和发动机大修厂监控和修理此故障提供参考。

Abstract: The low pressure compressor (LPC) 2.5 bleed system of the V2500-A5 engine is an important component to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the engine. Aiming at the actual case of 2.5 bleed system of this type of engine failure and the troubleshooting cases in recent years, through literature analysis and case studies, combining with a domestic airline′s fleet failure data, the composition, classification and solution methods of this system failure are analyzed. Monitoring and prevention method for 2.5 bleed valve damage is proposed, which can provide a reference for airlines and engine overhaul plants to monitor and repair this failure.
