民机起落架恢复任务的可靠性试验方案研究

摘要: 为满足适航当局关于民用飞机起落架可靠性试验的要求,本文基于起落架的故障规律,分析了起落架恢复任务间隔与对应失效率的转换关系,并应用贝叶斯(Bayes)理论制定民用飞机起落架可靠性试验方案;合理利用产品的先验信息,使用分位数法确定产品的失效率先验分布,在此基础上计算其后验分布,在给定使用方风险的情况下,得出改进方案。实例验证表明,相比于经典统计学的试验方案,本文方案能够在满足适航当局要求和维持原有试验置信度的情况下,减少起落架可靠性试验所需的样本量和试验时间。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of airworthiness authorities concerned about the civil aircraft landing gear reli鄄 ability test, the conversion relationship between landing gear restoration task interval and corresponding failure rate is analyzed based on the fault law of civil aircraft landing gear. Then, the reliability test scheme of civil air鄄 craft landing gear based on Bayes theorem is formulated. Prior information is properly used to determine the prior distribution of product failure rate. On this basis, the improved scheme is proposed, referred to the calculated posterior distribution and the given user risk. The experimental results show that the improved scheme can re鄄 duce the required sample size and test time on the premise of meeting the requirements proposed by airworthi鄄 ness authorities, as well as maintaining the test confidence, compared with the classical statistical test scheme.
