某填湖机场排水板堆载预压原位试验及分析

In-situ test and analysis of stack-load preloading of drainage plate in a certain lake filled airport

摘要: 本文采用超载(超载比1.14)与等载两种加载形式分别针对湖北某机场大面积深厚软土地基处理进行了原位试验,通过分析沉降及孔隙水压力监测等数据,总结出两种加载方案的土体固结度变化规律及水平位移速率发展情况,并采用双曲线法对工后沉降进行了预测。试验结果表明:在堆载预压120d后,大部分软土地基固结度可达到90%以上;超载预压处理较等载预压处理试验段的地基固结度高3.39%;超载预压工后沉降预测均值为25.59mm,等载预压工后沉降预测均值为74.11mm,均能满足工后沉降设计要求;两种形式预压过程中,软土深层水平位移速率最大值为1.65mm/d,低于规范值5mm/d。上述结论可为工程后续施工提供依据,也可为类似工程建设提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, two loading methods of surcharge preloading (overload ratio 1.14) and permanent pressure loading are used to carry out in -situ tests on large -area deep soft soil foundation treatment at an airport in Hubei province. By analyzing the data of settlement and pore water pressure monitoring, the change law of soil consolidation degree and the development of horizontal displacement rate of the two loading schemes are summarized, and the post construction settlement is predicted by the hyperbolic method. The test results show that the consolidation degree of most soft soil foundations can reach more than 90% after 120 days of stack-load preloading. The foundation consolidation degree of the surcharge preloading is 3.39% higher than that of the permanent pressure loading in test section. The average predicted post construction settlement of surcharge preloading is 25.59 mm, and the average predicted post construction settlement of permanent pressure preloading is 74.11 mm, both of which can meet the design requirements of post construction settlement. In the two forms of preloading process, the maximum value of the horizontal displacement rate of deep soft soil is 1.65 mm/d, which is lower than the standard value of 5 mm/d. The above conclusions can provide a basis for the subsequent construction of the project and a reference for similar projects.
