Abstract:

During the certification of new aircraft,noise certification is a very important process. The lateral noise lever is hard to decide during the process of noise certification. Based on the difficulty,the paper study out a method of calculating the maximum lateral noise lever based on the function of EPNL and the flight altitude. So it can provide the effective method of noise certification.
