Abstract:

With the increasing of using time,it gets urgent to research the whole life performance of all the optional ARRIEL2S series engines. Aiming at the whole life performance parameter variation characteristics of the ARRIEL2S series engine, the Power Assurance Check(PAC)data are processed with probable error theory, the engine total lifetime performance index changing trend is described in stages, and the ARRIEL2S engine wholelifetime performance characteristics are revealed, offering advantageous basis for engine monitoring. The extension hypothesis of PAC interval from 20hrs to 40hrs is proposed and demonstrated, providing a clear and feasible direction for saving the operating cost of this series engine.

Key words: ARRIEL2S series engine, probable error theory, power assurance check, total lifetime, power margin, performance parameter
