Abstract:

Currently there are many factors that restrict the development of China General Aviation, one important factor that can not be ignored is that it's very difficult to get the statistics of China General Aviation development in the process of industry management and theoretical research. The root cause of this phenomenon is that our country has not established a dedicated general aviation statistical indicators system, the existing indicators are lack of comprehensiveness and availability for analysis, and there is no uniform statistics caliber. for the purpose of statistics available, the concept of General Aviation is redefined, and based on the re-division of general aviation activities, the China General Aviation statistical indicators system is established. The China General Aviation statistical indicators system is consist of three layers, they are the basic statistical index layer,the statistics and analyzes the index layer, and the evaluation of development index layer.
