Abstract:

Dangerous weather is an important reason for the effect of air transport flight safety and delay. The dangerous weather which is changing with time decides the airspace dynamic capacity. Accurate and timely dynamic capacity prediction can improve the safety of flight operation, and improve the working efficiency of ATC. Analyzing the dangerous weather varying with time, the method of using the real-time flight restricted division is proposed to represent a dangerous weather, drawing out the termination environment airspace network diagram.Maxflow-Mincut theory is applied to find the bottlenecks of the terminal airspace with weather influence, and then the model of terminal airspace dynamic capacity evaluation is set up considering dangerous weather. The result of an example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
