Research on unbalanced degree of departure delays based on Lorenz curve

Abstract:

Identification and prediction of the air traffic situation is one of the current research focuses. In this paper,evaluation index system of an air traffic situation is constructed based on the concept of situation,and the unbalanced situation of takeoff average delay is studied based on the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient. Finally the effectiveness and feasibility of the method is illustrated with an example.
