Abstract:
Aiming at the recruitment,training and assessment of aircraft maintenance mechanics,the maintenance competency evaluation model is established based on matter element analysis and entropy weight. The matter element system of maintenance mechanics,competency evaluation is established. Then,weights of competency indexes are determined by using entropy weight method. Empirical analysis demonstrates a strong practicability of this evaluation model.
