Research on computer-aided measurement factor empowerment of air traffic controllers'quality based on entropy method

Abstract:

Controllers play an extremely important role in the complex air traffic control system and are the core and most important part of the system. How to measure the quality of air control controller has always been daunting task.Computer-based testing method is adoptied to measure the quality level of controllers. In the computer-aided quality measurement of air traffic controllers,validity and reliability are two important indicators. Factor empower-ment plays an essential role on validity and reliability measuring. The entropy method is used in factor empowerment. Compared with traditional empirical value method,a higher degree of achievement distinction has been reached and it is proofed to be more objective,more fair and easier to operate.
