Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of arrival aircraft in the terminal control area and solve the increasing flight delay, a route planning model for arrival aircraft based on PBN is established and simulated with the goal to realize conflict pre-allo cation. Experimental resulf shows that, the simulated number of aircraft entering terminal control area is greater than the actual hourly maximum flow at each en-try point after the optimized allocation of the arrival procedures. On the basis of improving the efficiency of aircraft entering the terminal control area and reducing the number of flight conflicts, this method can assist controllers to sequence arrival aircrafts and reduce their workload.
