Abstract: In order to study the effects of hazardous attitude of airline pilots on flight safety performance, flight experience is considered and 45 data samples of airline pilots忆 exceedance rates are collected. The occurrence frequency of exceedance events is set as an index to evaluate flight safety performance. Then the risk psychological variables of pilots are measured by using hazardous attitude scale and the data are analyzed by Pearson correlation and partial correlation methods. Result shows that flight experience, hazardous attitude and exceedance rate of airline pilots are correlated and the flight experience exacerbates the effect of hazardous attitude on exceedance rate. It is concluded that the hazardous attitude level of pilots can partially predict exceedance behaviors and safety performance. Moreover, airline pilots need to pay attention to the correction and training of their hazardous attitude and avoid the occurrence of 耶alternative爷 events when their flight hours and experience increase.
