Risk identification and interactive risk assessment of 4C inspection based on HHM-RFRM

Abstract: In order to identify risks accurately and effectively control the interaction of risks in maintenance, the improved hierarchical holographic model-risk filtering, rating and management(HHM-RFRM) are adopted to conduct interactive risk assessments on selected key risk categories, and to identify risks from planning and technical aspects, as in the case of 4C inspection. The results show that planning risks include planning control and construction preparation, and that technical risks include implementation and release. The interactive risk assessment model shows that when the unreasonable arrangement of staff interacts with the crossed maintenance work, nonstandard maintenance behaviors and the insufficiency of qualified staff, the risk is the greatest.
