Evaluation model of continuous flight safety capability of pilots

Abstract: In order to ensure that pilots maintain continuous safety records, the connotation of pilots continuous flying capability was defined based on literature analysis. Through civil aviation regulations and literature analysis, as well as expert interviews, continuous flight evaluation indicators were designed from the following 7 aspects: the physiological quality, psychological quality, cultural quality, professional quality, flying style, professional ethics and ideological quality. A questionnaire was designed on the importance of evaluation indicators, data analysis was made, and the weight of each indicator was determined. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct the flight safety evaluation model. The study indicated that flying style had the greatest impact on the pilots’ continuous flight safety, professional ethics and ideological quality had a greater impact, followed by professional quality, cultural quality and psychological quality, and the physiological quality had the least impact.
