Abstract: In order to study the internal influencing factors and mechanism of pilots′ unsafe behaviors, and reduce their unsafe behaviors, internal influencing factors are identified from three stages of the information cognition process of pilots (information perception-information decision-information utilization), also the impact of dedication on the information cognition process and unsafe behaviors of pilots are analyzed, based on information cognition theory and literature analysis. Secondly, the interrelationship between internal influencing factors and key factors that influenced pilots′ unsafe behaviors are determined by using Grey-Dematel method. The results show that the internal influencing factors of pilot′s unsafe behaviors include response time, attention, memory, flight technology, risk tolerance, risk attitude, fatigue and engagement, among which memory, flight skills, risk tolerance, fatigue and engagement are the cause factors, and respense time, attention and risk attitude are the result factors, fatigue, attention and flight skills are the key internal influencing factors of pilots′ unsafe behaviors.
