Abstract:

Basic level project course is the first time for students to experience the whole process of conceiving,designing,implementation and operation under CDIO engineering educational approach. The project background is introduced with detailed description of course designing principles and bases as well as the trial and guiding process of the course. Respectively from the perspectives of teachers and students,the first teaching process achievements of basic level project are summarized and reflections about course defects are given with some suggestions for further teaching practice,hoping to provide beneficial references for CDIO engineering education and"outstanding engineer plan".
