    Aircraft communication addressing and reporting system (ACARS)is a data link system of short message transmission between aircraft and ground stations via radio or satellite. According to condition based maintenance,a real-time fault monitoring method for airborne weather radar based on ACARS is proposed. Starting with the real airborne data,the fault words of airborne weather radar are analyzed based on the equipment failure test;meanwhile,ACARS report which is used for real-time fault monitoring is designed. With the air and ground cooperation,real-time fault monitoring of airborne weather radar is realized by using airborne equipment,air-ground data link and ground maintenance system. Actual tests show that this method can identify the fault of airborne weather radar system effectively,and reduce fault misjudgment,troubleshooting time and air operation costs.

    Aircraft assignment is studied and a mathematical model of aircraft assignment is established,whose objective function is cost-minimization. Cost is the main optimization objective of the model and assignment constraints are considered. Cross particle swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the mathematical model of aircraft assignment.During the process of iteration,new particles are obtained by crossing. In order to avoid local optimum,an updating scheme of particle position is introduced. The Delphi 7.0 is used to implement cross particle swarm algorithm,helping to solve the assignment model. Based on the characteristics of cross particle swarm algorithm,the cross function and position updating function are compiled firstly to increase the readability of the program.The actual data of the airline is used to simulate. Simulation result shows that the proposed model and algorithm shorten the working time and reduce the cost of assignment compared with traditional manual decision- based scheduling methods.

    For the fleet assignment problem of a new opening airlin.the probability distribution of its demand cannot be obtained due to the absence of previous data. Therefore.the demands of new flights are assumed as uncertain variables. A binary integer programming model of two-stage fleet assignment with chance constrains is proposed.where the first stage makes family-assignment decision.and the second stage solves type-assignment problem for a certain aircraft family. Given the uncertain distribution form of new flight demand.the proposed model is converted into a deterministic programming model. An improved branch and bound algorithm is designed to solve this model. Finally.a numerical example considers the fleet assignment problem of twenty flights of six new opening routes in a hub airport.results indicate the proposed model and algorithm are effective in practice.

    The requirements of Clause 683 in Federal Aviation Regulations Part 25 'Airworthiness Standards:Transport Category Airplanes'(FAR 25.683 for short)are analyzed. The compliance demonstration methods which combine analysis/calculation(MC2)and laboratory test(MC4)are used to verify that the civil aircraft with FBW flight control system is of compliance with FAR 25.683. The methods have already been applied to the airworthiness certification of an FBW flight control system of civil aircraft. Results show that the methods are appropriate and valid.

    In order to solve the problem of heterogeneous scenes‘data sharing and data transmission in aircraft maintenance simulation,an aircraft maintenance simulation heterogeneous data interactive method based on XML is put forward. Firstly,data formats are unified with XML techniques,and the XML application in heterogeneous data interaction is discussed;secondly,taking virtual dismounting and virtual roaming as example,a dismounting simulation method that combines automatic dismounting and manual dismounting is put forward based on XML techniques,and a way of scene roaming that combines 2D map with 3D scene; lastly,feasibility of the current method is proved by applying it to the 3D simulation software exploitation.

    Failure statistical analysis data of PW4000 engine in service is carried on in an aircraft maintenance enterprise.Results show that the failure positions of PW4000 engine high pressure turbine mainly concentrate on high pressure turbine blades,vanes and seal;main failure modes are ablation,crack,corrosion,coating shedding,seal damage and blade elongation. On the basis of the statistical analysis,the phenomena and mechanisms of failure modes are summarized and analyzed and the corresponding processing methods are put forward.

    Aiming at the short supply of special training equipment and the more and more prominent urgency of maintenance staff training on civil aviation industry is a power simulation system for maintenance mechanics is designed. Based on multiple input multiple output of aircraft power supply system and the characteristics of complex control logic with consideration of the connection between other electrical systems at the same time,the function logic of input,ontology,output is put forward and the simplified unity function model is established. Matrix identification is used to determine the mathematical model,solving the complex logical relationship between various elements,accelerating the system simulation speed and enhancing the subsequent extensibility. The current system can already achieve normal function simulation of power page,emergency panel and control panel as well as many kinds of power systemfault simulation.

    A set of tooling equipment which can remove and install landing gear has been designed,which can realize the function of multi degree freedom adjustment,making the procedure more convenient. Positioning through two traction holes on the landing gear will not cause damage to the landing gear itself;however,it can shorten the assembly working time and improve the reliability of disassembly and assembly work. The positioning base position is adjustable and has strong commonality,realizing different types of landing gear assembly and disassembly. The 3D digital model of the new dismantle and assemble equipment is built with CATIA. Firstly,the proper joints are added with DMU module,then the kinematic simulation is analyed. The results provide theoretical evidence for the design of new dismantle and assemble equipment.

    Grey incidence analysis method is widely used in fault diagnosis of mechanical equipments. Taking aero-engine gas path system as the object,the typical faults of gas path performance are studied. An improved grey incidence analysis method is proposed, which is proved to be effective by analyzing typical turbine faults of PW4164/68 engine. Considering the influential factors of performance parameters measurement of aero-engine, robustness of the grey incidence analysis method is analyzed. The study shows that the grey incidence analysis method is of high robustness in a certain measuring deviation. The improved grey incidence analysis method can accurately identify the engine fault when relative measuring deviation of performance parameters is equal to 0.24,thus the improving measures effectively increase the robustness of grey engine fault recognition method.

    Characteristics and laws of optical parameters measuring by recent development of support vector regression algorithm are simulated and studied. Firstly 336 optical parameter samples and the corresponding diffuse reflectance distribution are obtained by Monte Carlo simulation,and the samples are divided into training set and testing set. By establishment of support vector machines (SVM)models between optical parameters and diffuse reflectance distribution in different conditions,various factors on prediction accuracy of SVM are researched,including the numbers of training set,the relationship between training set and testing set and the data preprocessing methods. Results show that in small sample condition the maximum average relative error of μt and μeff  are 0.98% and 4.34% respectively. The SVM used for determination of tissue optical parameters has high accuracy and good adaptability to the number of samples.

    Based on Layerwise theory,analyzing formulae of energy release rate at delamination front of composite laminated structures are derived and the in-plane stresses of composite laminated beams are calculated. Then the energy release rate at the delamination front is calculated by introducing virtual spring layer model into the delamination interface and adopting the VCCT technology. Results show that the present method of interlaminar crack problem has higher accuracy and efficiency than traditional ones.

    A rough set model based on β-prior probability dominance relation is proposed to solve some problems in the incomplete information system with lots of preferential information. Firstly,the definition of β-prior probability dominance relation is proposed. Secondly,some related properties and approximation classification quality about the new model are discussed. The new model can improve accuracy of data forecast and classification by setting parameters'values. The classification achieved by the new model is almost as same as the classification judged by subjective cognition. The new model softens the dominance relation in some extent and increases the robustness in data analyzing and disposing. At last袁the new model proves its superiority by analyzing an example.

    Algebraic method can directly and efficiently construct the exact solutions of nonlinear evolution equations,and the computing can be achieved by computer algebraic systems. A new exact traveling wave solution of Kaup-Kupershmidt equation and (2+1)-dimensional Kdv-Burgers equation is successfully constructed by using the extended Tanh function method. The exact traveling wave solution with double arbitrary parameters is respectively expressed by hyperbolic functions,trigonometric functions and rational functions. Some solitary wave solutions can be obtained from hyperbolic function solutions when the parameters are regarded as special values.

    In order to check every flight training agency‘s training effect about the knowledge unit of threat and error management which faces multi-crew pilot license (MPL),an index system based on ICAO's file named PANSTRG is established to evaluate the threat and error management which goes through MPL training all the while.The analytic network process method which is in combination with evidential theory is then proposed to evaluate the threat and error management training effect of flight training agency C. Results show that flight training agency C's training effect of threat and error management is evaluated between good and excellent. The assessment of its quantitative value is equal to 80.105,which represents great room for continuously improvement. And the experimental result is basically in consistent with the flight training agency C's actual condition. At the same time,it shows that the combination method of analytic network process and evidential theory for the evaluation of threat and error management's training effect is effective.
