    Research on collaborative scheduling of approach and departure flights on independent long-distance parallel runways

    Collaborative scheduling problem of approach and departure flights on independent parallel long-distance runways is research to rearrange the order of the taking off and landing flights,thus reducing the waiting time, increasing air flow and alleviating flight jams in terminal area. On the basis of ensuring safe operation of flights,taking the minimum flight safe distance and time slot allocation as constraint conditions,considering delay losses and fair competition among airlines as goals,a multi-objective flight scheduling model is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Simulation results show that the current model is excellent in solving practical flight scheduling problem in terminal area,the total flight delay losses have been reduced by 82.4%,flight delay losses of the sumof absolute deviation have also been reduced by 83.7%.

    With the rapid development of aviation transportation,route network becomes more and more complex,the number of route crossing point is increasing,influencing the route capacity. It is more and more privotal to calculate the route crossing point capacity accurately. Based on route crossing point and route capacity models,new models are built. The influences of aircraft combination,crossing angle and longitude on capacity are analyzed. The crossing point of H139 and H142 is taken to simulate these models. Results show that when the velocity of aircraft in front is larger than the aircraft behind,the route crossing point capacity is biggest;when the route爷s longitudes are same,the route crossing point capacity is increased with the increase of crossing angle;when the crossing angles are same,the route crossing point capacity is increased with the increase of longitude;the route capacity in the situation of flight level changing is decreased by 9.1%.

    Based on flow analysis of pavement management and distributional application strategy, an improved APMS is developed to better meet the demand of ‘information coordination',‘work coordination',and ‘resource coordination'. In the system,APMS database and core algorism are both fixed in the central server. In the service oriented architecture,bus integrated platform and service logic functional module are designed,with ubiquitous access devices instantly calling the requested data. The systemhas three unique features. First,it is a traditional relationship type APMS built on uniform data exchange interface. Second,theuniversal functional modules are independent of each other, but they are not isolated from each other since there exist weak coupling relationship. Third,the employment of Web-GIS realizes the integration of spatial information and attribute in APMS. Example proves that the distributional application strategy APMS is applicable.

    A dynamical model of acceleration, velocity and displacement is established according to fleet visual flight operation in low-altitude airspace. The corresponsive characteristics and influencial factors of climbing following aircrafts in low-altitude airspace are analyzed with relative numerical examples. Studies show that fleet following flight in low-altitude airspace is significant for effective use of low-altitude airspace resource and formation flight operation.

Based on two advisory circulars(AC25.981-1C and AC25.981-2A) and the latest industrial application research results of current fuel tank explosion-proofs,explosion-proof design methods of flammability reduction and ignition source alleviation are given.     In logistics support failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA),the determination detecting ability ratings,localizing ability ratings and failure mode ratings is the key to evaluate the LSA failure modes,output LSA FMEA reports and formulate valid corrective maintenance tasks. Since rating indeices getting from traditional methods are not at high accuracy,an optimized model-DEA based on linear programming-has been established to define rating indeices of LSA failure modes. Instance verification,shows that this method is able to effectively provide a theoretical basis for maintenance engineering analysis.

    Satisfying the needs of support group is required by the scientific management of line maintenance and the effective optimization of support delays. In the process of research on queuing theory,based on analysis of the features of a stochastic service system constituted by airline maintenance personnel,reference army theoretical research. a mathematic model with the average arrival rate and the average service rate being basic indicators was established by employing the M/M/C multiple service desks and the unlimited queuing model. This model can reflect the actual impact of the indicators on the maintenance support more precisely. Finally,example analysis was implemented by establishing constraints and choosing the most appropriate models. The results validate the reasonableness of the program.

    The fault type of bearing can be detected quickly through grey relevance computed by the characteristic frequency of signal and standard fault modes. The bearing fault mode can be confirmed and the faulty parts of rotating machinery can be isolated with the combination of grey relation theory and signal analysis. Furthermore,the application of grey incidence analysis in the diagnostic system makes it easier to detect the fault mode generated by two or more failure forms. The detection accuracy is higher due to the bigger discrimination of grey relation ranks with entropy optimization.

    With the continuous expansion of civil aviation passenger information service system and the buciness increase,the amount of information and traffic server load are growing rapidly. How to use the server resource to deal with a flood of access requests effectively becomes an important issue,and effective load balancing strategy is the key to the rational allocation of passengers'service requests to the server resources. Since different service requests have different server resources consumption to the I/O,CPU and network bandwidth in the civil aviation passenger information service system,an improved dynamic load balancing algorithm is proposed. The introduction of improved dynamic load balancing algorithm in civil aviation passenger information service system server has a significant effect in throughput increase of the server cluster system, and has great value in practical application.

    Based on SEEV model and two modes of human information processing,a quantitative research on the impact factors of pilot's attention allocation is conducted on head-up display (HUD). An image fromHUD interface model explored by GL Studio and Vega Prime is input to the improved ITTI model to determine the local salience of the image,meanwhile,the image salience is measured by gray value of pixel. Value and expectancy,the two factors of SEEV model,are quantified by focus analysis of attention allocation on HUD in the final approach and landing phases. Data show that the expectancy value is consistent to the ordinal ranking system. The value is compared to the data of Beringer's questionnaire,indicating that quantifying value with focus analysis of attention allocation is simple and effective. The quantification of pilot's attention impact factors in the current research will not only provide the scientific proof for HUD design,but also build foundation for attention allocation model.

    In order to improve precision and availability of radar simulator training achievements assessment and reduce the effects of evaluators'subjectivity diversities on evaluation results,an assessment method based on rough set theory is proposed. With this method,the index system of radar simulator training achievements assessment is set up and the information system based on rough set theory is built;unnecessary attributes are eliminated by using the heuristic reduction algorithm based on Pawlak attribute importance degree,and the index system is simplified;weights of evaluation indeices are determined based on the importance degree index information.Evaluation result shows that evaluation cost and evaluators'influence on evaluation results can be reduced by using the proposed method in radar simulator training achievements assessment.

    With the development of aviation technology,competency of civil maintenance personnel has become increasingly demanding,and the building of aero maintenance personnel competency model is an important part of aero maintenance personnel competency study. Based on the previous researches of the competency model combined with expert interviews,the aero maintenance personnel competency dictionary is confirmed,questionnaires and factor analysis are employed to extract element of aero maintenance personnel competency model,and than the aero maintenance personnel competency model is built. The results have important guiding significance for the human resource management of aero maintenance personnel,it is also important for aero maintenance personnel.
