The new BOC modulation signal in navigation satellite systems has an ACF(autocorrelation function) with multiple side peaks, which induces an ambiguity problem during the signal synchronizing procedure. A side lobe cancellation technique is proposed based on ACF features. By applying the proposed technique, both the main peak and the side peaks are diminished but the main/side peak ratio is significantly increased, which makes it much easier to acquire and track the BOC signal. It is especially compared with traditional BPSK-like (binary phase shift keying-like) method and results show that the proposed technique performs much better in the acquisition success rate despite the noise interference.

Taking partial airspace of Central-South China Air Traffic Management Bureau as instance, the route network among several waypoints is planned and optimized. The optimization results show that the route economy has been significantly improved,thus the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved. In view of the current low automation level in the design of main route network, it is not enough to cope with the pursuit of a safe and efficient civil aviation industry. Especially after the 13th Five-Year Plan,the development of the civil aviation industry has sprung up and the automation level of air traffic network design needs urgent improvement. SWIM is the information sharing infrastructure network implemented by ICAO for the next generation of air traffic management. SOA is employed in SWIM to realize the sharing of air traffic resource service. Firstly, the application scenario, SWIM service management center, is designed in order to study the security strategy of Web service. In response to the high concurrency feature of SWIM Web subscription/publish service requests, a SWIM Web firewall is designed to ensure secure communication among clients. The distributed implementation of SWIM Web firewall is conducted basing on the architecture of SWIM service management node, achieving filtering and reasonable distribution of service through flow control, load balancing and content filtering. The current firewall is then embedded in LNMP platform to conduct test and verification. Experimental results prove that this firewall can reasonably allocate and effectively filter data packets.

Data mining is one of the important means for engine fault diagnosis, the training data of fault diagnostic model always comes from fault data or experimental data. In practical operation, it is difficult to obtain a large number of different fault data, and the same kind of faults may have different parameters with various failure degrees, which makes limited generalization of the diagnostic model. In lack of fault data, how to obtain a better diagnostic model becomes significant. Fingerprints identifies the small deviation of the main performance parameters of engine faults. Figures from fingerprints can be used as basic data of different faults with data minning. According to the fingerprint chart of fault diagnosis principle, unit vector, ratio coefficient and correlation coefficient are used to extend data, then training data are obtained by applying different methods of noise addition, helping the diagnostic model getting more generalized.

Subjective data about bad working states of 458 controllers are collected through questionnaire, surveying bad working states, especially two typical bad states such as fatigue and nervousness in details. Considering different control factors, the distribution of bad states and the effect of fatigue and nervousness on controlling ability are analyzed. Results show that various bad states exist in control process and are related with control factors especially under high air traffic flow. Occurrence of fatigue and nervousness is significantly affected by three control factors such as working age, control type and traffic flow as well as different control scenarios. Control ability are impaired by the two bad states in various aspects and related with the three control factors as well. The impairment of fatigue on control ability is most obviously affected by traffic flow, and the impairment of nervousness on control ability is most obviously affected by working age.

On-job training for controllers is necessary for cultivating a high-quality controller team. The professional skills of ATC instructors, especially their teaching skills, determine the training effect. Through analysis of the problems in current ATC instructor selecting process, eight dimensions of controller competency features are constructed and the ATC instructor selection system based on competency theory is put forward. Then the system is applied in the North China Air Traffic Management Bureau. Results show that the selection system of ATC instructors based on competency theory can more comprehensively reflect the ATC skills of controllers,possessing a high degree of differentiation and is applicable for ATC instructors selection.

To reveal the correlation between fatigue, workload and human errors in the context of air traffic control, empirical study is conducted in simulated tower control environment, in which subjects are selected and observed. Two levels are set for fatigue and workload, and errors of each subject are acquired in observation. Results show that the amount of human error increased in high level of fatigue and workload, there is no interaction identified between fatigue and workload; and the chance of making errors increased in high level of workload. It is concluded that human errors are associated with fatigue and workload. Fatigue and workload should be properly controlled as for seeking the best performance.

With the rapid development of general aviation, safety problems and potential safety risks are gradually receiving attention. It is necessary to analyze the characteristics and laws of general aviation unsafe incidents. Data of general aviation unsafe incidents in recent years are collected and sample-cause contingency table is establishe.Using correspondence analysis, this multivariate statistical method analyzes the internal relations between occurance time and unsafe incident causes. Results show that the main causes in each quarter of unsafe incidents are aircrew, machinery, weather and undetermined responsibilities, while other causes are obviously different in all quarters. Analysis of general aviation unsafe incidents provides certain support for general aviation safety management.

Taking regional airports of Jiangsu Provence as instance, co-integration and Granger causality between airport passenger throughput and local GDP in southern and northern districts of Jiangsu Province are analyzed in order to investigate the interrelation between regional airports and local economic growth from the macroscopic perspective. It is found that there exists stable and long period relation between the two variables. Contrastive study proves that the economic growth in southern Jiangsu can obviously promote the development of regional aviation,while the air transportation in northern Jiangsu has greater impact on local economy. For southern Jiangsu province, local GDP is the Granger cause of airport throughput, but not vice versa. While for northern Jiangsu province, the situation is just the opposite. The above conclusion could provide reference for local government to make scientific regional aviation developing policy.

Different from the traditional computing model, the unique virtualization features and dynamic scalability of cloud computing pose challenges to the security research of cloud computing. A graph -based technical framework usingSDN(software defined network) is proposed toobtain information about network configuration and hostaccess control list, building a reachability map of the network system based on the information. The map is decomposed to obtain the SCC(strongly connected component), and parallel security analysis is performed on this basis. Finally, the attack graph is constructed based on the analyzing result. Experimental verification shows that there is a significant improvement of attack grhph generating speed compared with the traditional analyzing method.

For robots used for detecting the width of pipeline notch, the friction between robot and pipeline would directly affect the accuracy and efficiency of measurement. The solution is to identify the friction parameters using improved genetic algorithm by studying the deceleration characteristics of the pipeline robot. Simulation and experimental results are as follows: firstly, parameters of Stribeck friction model are identified, of which the error rate is less than 5%, indicating the problem of local optimization could be successfully solved. Then, the adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to fit the experimental data. Through the research, it is concluded that the improved genetic algorithm has a high accuracy and is fast for parameter identification. The established friction mathematical model can be used to calculate real-time friction, which is of great significance for advancing the performance of pipeline robot.

The structural design of tracked robots is of great importance to improve their ability to carry out various tasks under difficult and dangerous conditions. Focusing on the problem that the obstacle height of conventional crawler robot is greatly affected by the distance between center line of induced wheel and the ground, a structure design program about the deformable tracked robot based on four-bar linkage mechanism with self-adaptability is proposed. Theoretical analysis and virtual simulation are used to describe the robot‘’s motion characteristics, and the structural optimization design of the robot爷s front adjusting part is finished by finite element analysis.Finally, the transmission system, control system and control interface of the robot are designed and developed, completing the development of tracked robot. Result shows that the obstacle avoidance performance of the deformable tracked robot is sound, which can be used in the fields such as military investigation, detection, rescue, investigation and so on, and the application prospect of this kind of robot is well.
