On November 25th, the graduation ceremony of the 12th Sino-European Aviation Safety Program was held in Civil Aviation University of China. Mr. Dong Jiankang, President of CAUC, Mr. Marc Houalla, president of ENAC, Ms. Cora Hubert, Director of International Air Transport Cooperation and Public Affairs, Mr. Jean-Philippe Dufour, Aeronautical advisor from the French Embassy in Beijing, guests from Airbus, ENAC, CAUC and 22 graduates attended the graduation ceremony.
President Dong Jiankang extended his great congratulations to all the graduates and sincere thanks to all the people who has contributed to the success of the program.
He pointed out that the success of ASM program is attributed to the support and assistance from many sides, including the civil aviation and education authorities from China and France, Airbus, ENAC, CAUC and professors from the two universities.
President Marc Houalla said that there is mutual interest between the Chinese and the French civil aviation and their respective schools. CAUC and ENAC have offered world-class training programs to Chinese and European civil aviation industries and train their future managers, not only at a technological level but also at cultural level and particularly safety culture.
Ms. Cora Hubert said she hopes that the graduates can apply what they’ve learned to their work in the future and contribute to the cooperation between China and France civil aviation industries.
Graduates representative Ms. Wang Huijun showed the graduates’ thanks to the universities, professors and Airbus, and promised they will work hard and make their own contributions to the civil aviation industry in the future.

Back in 2001, with the support of DGAC and CAAC, CAUC, ENAC and ISAE signed the cooperation agreement of Sino-Europe Aviation Safety Management program. Up till now the ASM program has been operating for 12 sessions and cultivated more than 680 senior management talents on Air Traffic Management, Air Navigation Engineering, Airworthiness Management and Technology, Flight Operation Management and Aircraft Maintenance Management for China Civil Aviation Industry.
