On Nov. 11th, the 10th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition held its opening ceremony in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province. More than 700 aviation and aerospace manufacturers from 41 countries and regions attended the six-day air show. Meanwhile, the show attracted a record audience of nearly 410,000 people, the organizer said. Civil Aviation University of China exhibited as the only university at the Air Show for ten consecutive years.
CAUC booth is located in the No.1 Exhibition Hall, together with the booths of CAAC, China South Airlines, Air China, Airbus, Boeing, Thales, and other domestic and international exhibitors. Various leaders, guests and professional personnel visited CAUC stand and many CAUC alumni came to the stand and showed their best wishes to the school.
The 10th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition was held from Nov. 11th to 16th, featuring military hardware, trade exchanges and skillful displays of flying. The event is held in Zhuhai every even-number year since 1996. In the 10th Exhibition, there are 8 exhibition halls with a total area of 35,000 m2, an increase of 7000 m2 compared with the last exhibition two years ago.
More than 130 various aircraft were displayed at the Air Show, and stunt flying was performed by female fighter pilots from the China Air Force with J-10 fighters. Besides, some star aircraft will also do demonstration flight such as SU-35 fighter from Russia, A380 from Airbus, ARJ21-700 from China COMAC, Leadair AG300 from China AVIC, 407GX from Bell helicopter.
