实施PBN程序对机场噪声的影响分析

Impact analysis of PBN procedures on airport noise

摘要:

根据国际民航组织要求,2016年中国民用机场将全面实施PBN程序。目前,中国已有数十个机场实施或部分实施了PBN程序。机场采用PBN程序除对航行和飞行程序有影响外,对机场航空噪声必将带来一定影响。本文计算、分析和比较了机场在常规飞行程序和PBN程序条件下的航空噪声影响差异,并利用噪声分析软件INM及数学软件MATLAB 对计算结果进行分析处理。结果表明,PBN进近时机场噪声影响区域的面积、形状均有变化;而PBN离场的噪声影响与常规飞行程序差异不大。这一发现,将有助于未来机场周边的声环境相容性规划。

Abstract:

According to the requirement of ICAO,PBN procedures will be implemented in all China's civil airports in 2016. At present,PBN procedures are applied fully or partly in dozens of airports in our country. In addition to the influences on navigation and flight procedures,application of PBN in airports will be sure have some impacts on airport aviation noise. In this paper,the airport noise impacts differences under the condition of conventional flight procedures and PBN are computed and analyzed,moreover,the noise analysis INMsoftware and MATLAB software are applied to calculate and analyses the results. Compared with conventional flight procedures,the influenced area and shape of airport noise is different from that of noise impact caused by PBN approach,while the difference is quite small for aircraft departure. The discovery above will provide certain help to the compatibility planning of sound environment in the vicinity of airport.
