基于CFD 的客舱气流组织影响分析

摘要: 从工程实际应用出发,建立了全尺寸大型民用飞机客舱模型,设计了客舱空气分配系统,开展了客舱气流组织影响分析及空气龄评价。研究发现院客舱供气温度变化会对本区域的客舱温度产生影响,而对其他客舱温度分布影响较小;地板排气通道面积尧再循环空气流量和客舱排气活门安装位置对客舱空气流速分布和温度分布影响很小;客舱空气龄分布的计算结果表明,头等舱空气最为新鲜,商务舱次之,经济舱最差。

Abstract: Based on engineering application, the correlative models of aircraft cabin are set up, cabin air distribution system is designed. Then, analysis of cabin airflow and air age has been carried out with CFD. Results show that: a.change of air supply temperature has influence on corresponding area and few on other zones; b. the area of airflow outlet, amount of recycling air and position of outflow valve have less effect on distribution of cabin air temperature and speed; c. first-class cabin gets more fresh air, business cabin gets less fresh air and economic cabin gets least.
