摘要: 民航空防安全的基础在地面,防范的核心在安检,机场安检系统的风险评价对空防安全有着重要作用。针对大型机场安检的风险因素,从安检人员、设备、环境和管理4 个方面识别出17 个危险源,构建了机场安检系统风险的评价指标体系,基于灰色层次分析法建立了机场安检的风险评价模型,并对国内某大型国际机场安检系统风险进行评价,计算出的评价结果为其整体风险等级处于正常风险和较高风险之间。研究结果表明,所建模型对机场安检系统风险评价具有较好的应用价值,为机场安检风险管控提供依据。

Abstract: Ground operation is the basis of aviation security, and the prevention core is security check. Risk assessment of airport security system is important for aviation security. Seventeen risk factors of airport security system from four aspects(security personnel, equipment, environment and management) are identified, and the risk evaluation index system of the airport security system is built. Risk assessment model is established based on the gray analytic hierarchy process of airport security. The risk of an airport security system are evaluated as an example,and the calculated overall risk level is between normal risk and high risk. Research shows that the established model has good application value to the risk assessment of airport security system, providing basis for risk control.
