航空发动机需求变更模型研究

摘要:

在航空发动机项目的研发流程中需求变更管理至关重要。通过分析需求变更流程中各个阶段的相互影响特点,对比分析了基于活动的模型和基于 Agent 的模型;然后,以 Excel 为工具初步建立了适于航空发动机组织结构的需求变更 Agent 模型;最后,利用该 Agent 模型分析了需求变更对设计质量,研发风险的影响,为工程人员开展航空发动机需求变更管理提供理论指导。

Abstract: Demand change management is vital in the R&D process of aero-engine project. First, the activity-based model method and the agent-based model method are compared and analyzed to examine the interaction characteristics of each stage in the demand change process; Then, the demand change agent model suitable for aero -engine organization structure is established by using Excel. Finally, the Agent model is used to analyze the impact of demand change on design quality and R&D risk, which provides theoretical guidance for engineers to carry out demand change management of aero-engine.
