Abstract: The selection of hub city is one of the key issues of airline network design. Aiming at the different orientation of each city in the airline network, the ELECTRE algorithm is used to screen the candidate hub city set; then, a multi-objective optimization model based on priority and multi-allocation p-hub location without capacity limit has been proposed, and the multi-objectives is solved step by step. Results show that with more accessible cities and more hub cities, the optimized airline network structure can propose optimal airline network structure basing on rational selection of hub city and effectively reduce the total transportation cost
