    In order to improve the accuracy of the aircraft monitoring,and to obtain the accurate flight track,ADS-B track correction approach based on basic fight model is put forward to solve the problem of abnormal track in ADS-B monitoring process. The algorithm makes full use of ADS-B flight data information and establishes the flight calculation model and trajectory identification model. Finally the feasibility of the algorithm is validated by using real data. The result shows that this method can accurately and fast correct the track information in level flight,turning and climbing process;meanwhile,it can effectively improve the accuracy of the flight track monitoring.

    Aiming at improving the EMD denoising performanc for the Mie scattering radar signals,a multiple clear iterative interval-thresholding(EMD-MCIIT)is used in EMD denoising. The multiple IMFs is firstly employed and the alter function is used to change the noise signals,and then the signal is denoised by the iterative interval-thresholding. Through simulation and the experiment of real radar returning signals,it turns out that compared with the traditional EMD threshoding methods the proposed approach can denoise effectively and the SNR is improved. Therefore,the demonstrated technique has a promising future.

    In the case of small angle pitch and roll,a small magnetic heading measurement system is designed to solve the problems of large volume and weight,high power consumption,complex of error compensation algorithm and high price in the existing magnetic heading measurement system. The system makes the error compensation come ture by using constitute digital solvable platform,which consists of 32 bit high-speed processing chip with DSP instructions(AVR32UC3B0256),a new inclination sensor(SCA100T)and a solidstate magnetic sensor (HMC1022). The experimental data show that the maximum error value of the magnetic heading measurement is ±1.4 in the level of the state when pitch angle is less than 30°or roll angle is less than 35°,the magnetic heading output error changes very little as the angle increases the maximum error are 3.7°and 2.8°respectively;when pitch angle exceeds 30°,or roll angle exceeds 35°,the magnetic headingoutput error increases rapidly. The results show that the system is capable to calculate magnetic heading angle more accurately in the case of small angle pitch and roll.

    Since 1959,there have been seventeen aircraft fuel tank lighted accidents,showing that the fuel tank lighted accidents are catastrophic in aircraft safety operation process. These accidents always attract high attention in aviation safety field. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)continuously fixes the airworthiness rules to satisfy the aircraft safe operation by reducing these risks,but Advisory Circular(AC)is short of systematic analysis. Based on accident investigations,main influencial factors of the fuel tank fire safety are electrical arcs and sparks,filament heating,friction sparks,and hot surface ignition or auto-ignition. And the fuel tank fireproof function devices are quantified. Firstly,with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA),each of the function equipments is analyzed to find out the failure mode in different risk status. Secondly,the failure mode level in Risk Priority Number is quantified by three elements method risk state evaluative criteria. At last,according to the component failure mode,tree graph analysis method is employed to manage the fuel tank inside and outside ignition source function elements. Based on the initial analysis of the composites fuel tank special failure mode,a systematic analysis method of the aircraft fuel tank fire safety is proposed.

    At present,the research of advisory circulars is limited to only one or several advisory circulars,citation index is introduced to analyze the advisory circulars of aircraft engine overall,presenting an integrated analytic method based on citation index to study the advisory circulars. Firstly the advisory circulars of one Federal Aviation Regulation is chosen as the study object,citation network diagram is obtained according to the mutual reference relations between advisory circulars,then the advisory circulars are analyzed combining with evaluation indicators'qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the basis of citation network diagram. Finally,the advisory circulars of this regulation is taken for practical annlysis,verifing the feasibility of this method.

According to the disadvantage of repeatedly starting,core ideology of influence coefficient is adopted,and holospectrum analyzing is built with rotor model,counterweight based on genetic algorithm is optimized to reduce the starting frequency of areoengine.     According to ICAO's standard of Landing and Take-off cycle,the aircraft's paths of landing and take-off in airports are simplified . The process to calculate the pollutant emission index(EI)of aircraft emissions has been got in the original work,combined with fuel flow(F)during process of the aircraft landing and take-off,the emission intensities of approach,taxi,take-off and climb are calculated. Based on the Gaussian point source diffusion formulation,the line source diffusion model is integrated,with correction of the parameters the distribution model of aircraft emission in the airport is established.

    FWD deflection evaluation methods can not be applied to composite pavement grouting engineering as the asphalt concrete material modulus changes with temperature. Based on a composite pavement grouting engineering of a Shanghai 4E airport,a calculation method for load modification factor and temperature modification factor is proposed,meanwhile,a method for composite pavement grouting effect evaluation based on FWD deflection test is obtained.     In order to meet the requirements which is proposed by ICAO that airports should assess the safety performance,an airport operations safety performance evaluation model is established with the Balanced Score Card(BSC)which has relevance with safety performance management. The model includs 4 first-level indicators,which are operation management,safety management,external management,study and development,those indicators are consist of 21 second-level indicators. In order to reduce the subjective factors effect of the expert judgments during the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the fuzzy triangular number is introduced into the AHP,every indicator is given a comprehensive evaluation by the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP). With the comprehensive evaluation of the airport operation safety performance,the first eight second -level indicators are respectively development and update of the rules and regulations, responsibilities allocation and work arrangements,risk management,safety awareness and attitude,organization installation and addition,education and training,safety supervision and inspection,the ability of communication collaboration and information feedback. Basing on one airport's actual situation,by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this assessment model is applied to obtain the condition of it's overall safety performance.

    Currently there are many factors that restrict the development of China General Aviation, one important factor that can not be ignored is that it's very difficult to get the statistics of China General Aviation development in the process of industry management and theoretical research. The root cause of this phenomenon is that our country has not established a dedicated general aviation statistical indicators system, the existing indicators are lack of comprehensiveness and availability for analysis, and there is no uniform statistics caliber. for the purpose of statistics available, the concept of General Aviation is redefined, and based on the re-division of general aviation activities, the China General Aviation statistical indicators system is established.     In a group communication system,the basic authentication systems refer to the multi-receiver authentication codes with dynamic senders (DMRA-code). At present,many scholars have a lot of researches,in which the authentication of source state is restricted as only one. However,in the network communication,there are always scenarios in which multiple source states are required to be authenticated. Based on this problem,a multiple message authentication code with dynamic senders is constructed with symmetric polynomials. In addition,the probabilities of possible attacks are computed to ensure the scheme security.
