    Research shows that wind farms may affect and degrade ATC radar systems. Assessing the impact accurately is one of the key issues to solve the problem. An impact assessing approach of wind farms is proposed on secondary surveillance based on signal characteristics. The impact of wind turbines is analyzed first based on the signal characteristics of secondary surveillance radar. Then the evaluation methods based on reflected signal delay is described. Finally,the method is verified through the simulation experiment based on DEM (digital elevation model)data.

    Dangerous weather is an important reason for the effect of air transport flight safety and delay. The dangerous weather which is changing with time decides the airspace dynamic capacity. Accurate and timely dynamic capacity prediction can improve the safety of flight operation,and improve the working efficiency of ATC. Analyzing the dangerous weather varying with time,the method of using the real-time flight restricted division is proposed to represent a dangerous weather,drawing out the termination environment airspace network diagram.Maxflow-Mincut theory is applied to find the bottlenecks of the terminal airspace with weather influence,and then the model of terminal airspace dynamic capacity evaluation is set up considering dangerous weather. The result of an example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

    The first step in human error prediction is to carry out task analysis,which provides operating sequence to the human error prediction. The task stopping rule is established to perform flight crew task analysis. Based on HTA method flight crew task analyzing procedure is set up and key steps in selecting principle are suggested. Through case studies of taking off task on A320,the important operations with major influence on safety are identified,making support on flight deck design and pilot training.

    In order to provide accurate and reliable integrity service,the integrity risk assessment for receiver autonomous integrity monitoring based on probability limit state is proposed. Taking into account the required navigation performance parameters and noise factors,the system indices of the integrity risk assessment are established combining with the safety factor and reliability coefficient. And then,the evaluation criterion is established for the integrity risk assessment of receiver autonomous integrity monitoring reliability. Simulation for non-precision approach validates both feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

    Airfield layout evaluation method based on discrete simulation analysis is presented. Specialized simulation software for airport and airspace is used. The airfield with one runway is simulated based on Yangzhou Taizhou Airport. And the airfield with multiple runways is simulated based on Pudong International Airport. The simulations are completed for various air traffic volumes. The operating processes,such as landing,taxing,parking,operation and taking off are simulated. For Yangzhou Taizhou Airport,the delay is less than 4 minutes when its operations are less than 12 aircrafts in the peak hour. The delay in airfield of Pudong International Airport is 61 seconds when the peak hour operation is 51 aircrafts and 344 seconds when the peak hour operation is 134 aircrafts.

    By monitoring the aero-engine performance parameters,the engine state can be accurately determined and the engine performance can be predicted in advance,providing adequate time and decision-making basis for the prevention and troubleshooting. Yielding to a health model by using one-class support vector machine(OCSVM),meanwhile the data sample of normal running status is easier to gain,aero-engine fault detection system is designed based on the quick access recorder (QAR)data of the civil aviation engine. Furthermore,the follow-up flights parameters can be monitored by using OCSVM classification. Ultimately,the engine operation status and performance trend can be obtained. The monitoring results of aero-engine performance parameters show that the faults can be detected in advance and demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this system.

    In order to troubleshoot the aircraft pneumatic system's problem fast and accurately,CBR methodology is applied to the fault diagnosis and case base is made based on practical experience from airlines and manufacture experts. Firstly,different types of knowledge representation methods are proposed. Secondly,the similarity in case retrieval is discussed in details. Aiming at the disadvantages of k-NN algorithm similarity as a reference,the dynamic fault ratio is established and the reference degree is formed based on it. Experimental results show that the proposed case base could detect faults effectively,and it is a robust foundation of fault reasoning algorithms.

    For plane's radial tyre H40×14.5-19 of Boeing B737 series aircraft,9 different structural layers of the tire are established in ANSYS such as tread,ply,the tyre shoulder,etc. The tyre pressuring progresses of different shape disks are simulated when considering the three non-linearity of tyre (material non-linearity,the geometric nonlinearity and contact non-linearity)and the influence of tyre and rim爷s adhesion due to long-term use by the pilot node method. The result shows that the tyre decomposition is best when βequals to 40°. The model can provide a theoretical basis to structures'design of plane tyre dismounting machine and the further optimization of disk.

    In view of China’s increasing flight number,the airport noise problems are becoming more and more serious,so implementing effective management aiming at airport noise has become an intractable issue. With the application of hedonic price method,based on the noise charges model of European Union directive,a calculation method of aircraft noise charges is put forward. Using economic means to control noise source in a flexible way is innovative,and also it has definitely theoretical significance and practical value.

    The disease of void is very common in airport cement concrete pavement,and it has very significant influence to pavement's structural performance. Based on 56 airports'void test data,the present situation of void beneath airport cement concrete pavement in China is evaluated. Through the use of statistics'correlation theory,the relationship between void rate and airport's using time is analyzed. Through the establishment of ABAQUS 3D-FEM model,the influence of all kinds of void to structural performance of airport cement concrete pavement is analyzed. The result shows that pavement void rate will be a significant increase with increasing of pavement using time:and loading stress of airport cement concrete pavement will increase more than 70% when void condition gets serious.

    According to ICAO airport related pollutants calculation method,a method which is suitable to China is introduced to calculate the major gaseous pollutants(include NOx,HC and CO)emitted by aircraft at and around airports. Based on the ICAO reference LTO(landing and take-off)cycle and its aircraft engine emissions databank(ICAO aircraft engine emissions databank),considering China's civil aviation's fleet configuration(aircraft type/engine combinations)and flight schedule,total emissions emitted by aircraft of sample airports in a year are calculated.

    Based on MSC.Patran/Nastran software implicit nonlinear module,a three-dimensional finite element model of

    At present,the flight delay phenomena of China are relatively common,the passengers'behavioral and psychological research is an important part of the flight delay research. The existing relatively research is little,and the flight delay passengers'behavior choice after the research has not appeared yet. In order to find the key factors that impact the behaviors of human and according to the survey procedure,four important factors which are whether at passenger'own expense,the travel size,the degree of airline company brand value and flight delay announcement. At the same time,according to the analysis results,the research can give advice to the airline business strategy.
