In early May, Dr. Wen-chin Li, a famous expert in the field of aviation safety and human factors and professor from Cranfield University was invited to visit CAUC for academic exchange, and he was hired as CAUC’s visiting professor.
During his visit at CAUC, he gave four lectures on the topics of Digital Aviation and Human Factors Integration, Multiple Remote Tower Operations Technology and its Progress, Fatigue Risk Management and its Application and How to Cultivate Pilot’s Core Qualities.
Besides, Dr. Wen-chin Li discussed with CAUC faculties on the training of postgraduate students, laboratory building. He also visited the College of Air Traffic Management, College of Electronic Information Engineering and Automation, Chaoyang Flight School and the Simulator Center.

Dr. Wen-Chin Li works in the Department of Air Transport, Cranfield University. He is a Registered Member of the Ergonomics Society (MErgS), and Aviation Human Factors Specialist of EAAP. Dr. Li holds a Private Pilot’s License issued by CAA, U.K., and he is an editorial board member for several international journals and program board member for international conferences. He has published over hundred journal articles and research papers regarding aviation safety and human factors.
