On April 20th, CAUC student representatives visited GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS).
Ricta, an HR from GECAS guided the students around GE China Science and Technology Park, and introduced GE’s historical development and product area.
Lv Shangyun, an alumna of CAUC who works as a data analysist at GE said that “the world needs cross industry and cross discipline talents in the future, so the students should learn and track the newest recourses and practice more.”
Ada, senior customer manager of GECAS introduced the Technical Commercial Leadership Program, including TCLP’s requirement and training system, and she encouraged CAUC students to join TCLP.
During the visit to GECAS’s innovation workshop, CAUC student representatives learnt about GECAS’S concept of design thinking and some innovative achievements of GECAS.
GECAS is a wholly-owned subsidiary. Norman Liu, its former CEO set up the Norman Liu Scholarship in CAUC and eight students have been funded by the scholarships up till now.
