空中交通管制员疲劳及工作负荷与失误的关系

摘要: 为探讨空中交通管制员不同疲劳和工作负荷水平下人失误的规律,在模拟管制环境下,以管制学员为被试,获取不同疲劳和工作负荷水平下的人失误数据。结果表明:管制员在疲劳和高负荷状态下失误数量增加,二者之间不存在交互效应;高工作负荷状态下,被试犯错的几率增加。研究结论认为管制员失误与疲劳水平和工作负荷水平存在相关性,为寻求最优作业绩效,应合理控制管制员的疲劳水平和工作负荷水平。

Abstract: To reveal the correlation between fatigue, workload and human errors in the context of air traffic control, empirical study is conducted in simulated tower control environment, in which subjects are selected and observed. Two levels are set for fatigue and workload, and errors of each subject are acquired in observation. Results show that the amount of human error increased in high level of fatigue and workload, there is no interaction identified between fatigue and workload; and the chance of making errors increased in high level of workload. It is concluded that human errors are associated with fatigue and workload. Fatigue and workload should be properly controlled as for seeking the best performance.
