自热食品发热包航空运输危险性研究

摘要: 为保障航空运输安全,对自热食品发热包在航空运输中的潜在危险性展开研究。以2 种发热包为例,结合仪器分析、化学实验和危险性检测试验等技术手段研究其成分、加热原理以及典型危险性。结果表明:依据国际航空运输协会发布的叶危险品规则曳可识别发热包作为货物和行李在航空运输中的危险性,并进一步明确了发热包在航空运输中的安全条件,为疑似危险品或隐含危险品的航空运输实践以及安全标准的制定提供参考。

Abstract: In order to guarantee air transport safety, the air transport hazard of self-heating bag is investigated. Taking two kinds of self-heating bags as instance, instrumental analyses, chemical experiments and dangerous property tests are conducted to analyze the components, self-heating principles and typical hazard of the self-heating bags.Results show that the regulations of DGR issued by IATA could effectively recognize the hazard of self-heating bags in air transport both as goods and carry-on luggage. The clarified safety conditions provide reference for air transport practice and standard regulation of suspected or hidden dangerous goods.
