基于决策球的航空公司竞争力可视化评价

Visualized airline competitiveness evaluation based on decision ball model

摘要: 提升航空公司竞争力是建设民航强国的关键,从规模实力尧运营能力尧服务质量和盈利能力4 个维度构建竞争力评价指标体系,对2008要2017 年世界各主要航空公司相关数据进行均值化处理,应用决策球模型对中国航空公司国际竞争力进行可视化和动态综合评价。实证分析表明:服务质量与盈利能力是中国航空公司的两大短板。最后,在分析行业先进经验的基础上,为航空公司竞争力提升提供建议。

Abstract: Improving the competitiveness of airlines is the key to build a strong civil aviation country. A competitive evaluation index system is built considering the scale strength, operational capability, service quality and profitability. Decision ball model is applied to conduct dynamic data analyses and visualization for major airlines of the world from 2008 to 2017. Empirical analysis of airlines爷competitiveness shows that service quality and
profitability are typical shortcomings of Chinese airlines. Suggestions about competitiveness promotion are supplied basing on analyses of advanced samples.
