    The ionosphere is the most complex factor of GNSS error of the civil aviation operation. As the character of complex model,disturbance,scintillation and storm,the ionosphere will bring serious effect to civil aviation especially at the solar cycles. Now there are the methods of model,relative positioning,and ICAO also start the work of collecting ionosphere data and creating regional ionosphere model. This paper is mainly focus on the ionosphere character,the effect of civil aviation,and bring forward the way to eliminate the ionosphere effect.

    Ground-based area navigation is an important part of the implementation of area navigation,and the operation of ground-based area navigation must evaluate the coverage and accuracy of the DME facilities,in this way to ensuring the effectiveness and safety. This article describes the basic calculation principle of the ground-based area navigation system,the network structure,the system design method and the function of system,such as data management,analysis and evaluation of navigation performance,data exchange,and so on. This paper also introduces an application case which combined the specific airport. The purpose of this paper is that giveing a solution to solve the problem of ground-based regional navigation performance assessment.

    The paper assessed GBAS accuracy performance based on two methods. A GBAS prototype was developed and used to collect and process GPS data. Based on the raw data,two methods called CMC and B values were used to analysis to GBAS accuracy performance. The result of both methods showed consistently that the GBAS prototype accuracy was on the level of GAD -A2 class. Compared with each other,CMC needs to use observations of dual frequencies,however,B values rely on single frequency. Secondly,CMC suppressed short-term multipath errors,and long-term multipath effects remained. B values,however,mainly consist of composite effects of multiple receivers忆errors after averaging across reference receivers,which reflect realistic errors of GBAS corrections as both occupied similar processes. Lastly,sky-maps of root mean squares of CMC and B values reflected surrounding multipath effects of GBAS sites.

    Aircraft take-off behavior simulation is an important issue in the tower visual simulation. Due to the shortcoming of aircraft take-off simulation in current tower simulator,more complete data environment was built based on open source software FlightGear. The typical parameters during take-off were calculated,which constitute the take-off behavior feature library,and composable simulation was proposed based on this behavior feature library. Finally the equation was established in order to drive the tower visual simulation.

    The fast growth of flights has urged a higher rate of gates utilization,thus making taxi operations in and around aprons more complex,even leading serious flights delays. In order to reduce the conflicts of in apron area,the optimization of taxi operations becomes necessary. Based on the detailed analysis of the taxi rules in these areas,an useful knowledge base(KB)is summarized,and the KB model,realized through running on a Java-Mysql platform,is proposed. Then taking the XiaMen airlines aprons and the actual flights schedules at XiaMen GaoQi airport as an simulation example,through comparing the simulation results with the actual operations of apron,it is reasonable thus illustrating that the modeling method for the ground operations is feasible and efficient. The simulation results can provide the immediate operation method and also relieve the workload of apron controllers. Meanwhile it can be a relevance to other forecasts on apron controls or gates assignments.

    Based on Bayesian networks delay model,is the delay spread airport network modelis. By calculating the conditional probability of network,finally get the joint probability,is used to analyze the effects of delays propagation between the airport. The experiment data show that,when an airport departure delays produced,the delay will not disappear,but after a time spread to other airports,causing other airport delays.

    It has been regarded as a remarkable front-line safety management measure,dual position system implemented in China requires a balance between the executive controller and the co-ordination controller on the basis of air traffic controller's workload. An assessment model of controller workload has been established by using timeline analysis and the DORATASK method. The whole workload of the sector is divided into controlling workload and coordinating workload in this model. Data collected from real environment has been analyzed and processed. Results reveal the presence of significant differences between two positions,which is mainly affected by the amount of coordinated flight.

    The future development of ATC is to track the flight object which is equipped with the appropriate interval considering the control of intention,then we can real-time dynamically master the position between the aircraft. Based on the 4D trajectory application plan of the American Next-Gen air traffic management system,the paper use the UML and XML Schema to design a conceptual and logical data model of 4D trajectory,it proposes a model of publish and subscribe service in the interoperability. By analysising the model of QoS(quality of service)data synchronization,it can effectively regulate the 4D trajectory interoperable data exchange.

    To solve the problem of improving the air route network(ARN)efficiencies,this paper proposes a methodology of key network nodes optimization and the restricted airspace avoiding. Firstly,the model of key network nodes optimization and the re-stricted airspace avoiding is established. Then,genetic algorithm(GA) is used to solve this model. Finally,practical applications analysis shows that the optimized ARN is better than current ARN on the performance metrics such as the operating cost,the non linear indicator,the connectivity,the reachability,etc. It is proved that the optimization method is efficient and correct by theactual cases.

    Navigation database is necessary data sources for flight management computer which can be used for navigation calculation,auto-tuning management of the navigation station,and the real-time location of aircraft,etc.To develop high-fidelity flight simulation visual system,a navigation database based on World Wind is designed and implemented. This database includes the information about airports,runways,instrument landing system,and distance measuring system,etc. So the global navigation data can be queried,modified and displayed,also the flight plan can be controlled and displayed. Finally all information will be displayed in World Wind by three-dimension. Digital elevation data and high-definition remote sensing images acting as visual model,a flight simulation visual system based on the database is completed by the WW platform combined with a flight simulation plug-in.

    After ten trouble-free flights data analyzed and disposed,the model of bleed valve control law was set up by regression analysis in many flight phases. As the opening of valve is affected by many factors,it was necessary to assort data for discussion when modeling. All these models had passed through the test of significance analysis. In regression estimating,they could forecast the opening of valve accurately to some extent. The mathematical models that the thesis got could be valuable to the theory and applications of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in aero-engine.

    At present,more and more aerodromes are with configurations of the two-runways in China,and among them some two-runways have obvious elevation differences,while the current standards like Annex 14 of the International Civil Aviation Convention and procedures fot Air Navigation Services- Aircraft Operation (PANSOPS)don't give detailed provision on inner horizontal for above circumstance,causing some confusions and difficulties for such aerodromes on the planning and obstacle management. Based on the comprehensive consideration of aerodromes flight safety,planning and construction of the surrounding area and aerodromes clearance management inheritance,a methodology is established for determining the inner horizontal obstacle limitation surface for aerodrome of two-runways with altitude difference.

    The self-devised electroghermal damage test device was employed to test the current and thermal field of CFRP samples. Then, the relationship between electroghermal temperature and current intensity was gained,which is liner relationship and the temperature increases with the increase of current intensity. The tests of the mechanical properties of CFRP samples initially reveal that with the increase of electroghermal temperature,the tensile strength of CFRP samples increases first then turns stable and at last decreases, and, the Poisson's ratio of the CFRP samples decreases first then stable and lastly decrease. In addition, the unstable and excessive contact resistance between CFRP samples and electrode was successively solved through optimization of copper electroplating process and the precise control of pretightening force. The contact resistance can be controlled below 0.39Ωand it has a good repeatability.

    The numerical simulation computation of flow field in a conical spool valve was carried,which was based on CFD approach. The simulation results of flow field distribution under fixed condition were analyzed,and the influence of opening and structural parameters of valve port on the flow field distribution in valve port were also analyzed and compared. The results show that the fluid flows complicatedly in valve port ,the flow field distribution is uneven in the axial and radial and affected by the opening and structural parameters of valve port:optimizing the structural parameters of valve port and changing the valve opening can improve the flow field distribution in valve port,prevent the cavitation and the vortex forming and developing,reduce pressure loss and energy consumption.

    The calculation of plate edge bending moment is the important content in designing rigid pavement of airport.It is low efficiency and has inevitable errors that the traditional manual of counting cells’number. This paper,firstly,establish database of plate edge bending moment influence diagram;then using VBA embedded in excel designs a program which can verdict the relative position between each node of a grid and tire seal of aircraft main landing gear and can calculate the number of covered cells;finally precisely calculate the bending moment of plate edge. Through a practical example we can conclude that the calculation error of the method presented in this paper decreases with increasing density of the points evenly assigned in incomplete grid. When according to 0.02 grid long x 0.02 grid wide assigns each grid,the calculation error within 0.001.The method not only can completely avoid subjective factors but also greatly improve the computational efficiency. Basing on the above principles,airport rigid pavement design software can be developed.

    Based on the Malab genetic algorithms,the parameter optimization for the laminated composite plate with a stepped repair was studied. Using finite element analysis software MSC.Patran/Nastran,a three-dimensional finite element analysis model is developed for the laminated composite plate with a stepped repair. Through the genetic algorithm toolbox,the data obtained were fitted to the fitness function,and multi-objective optimization of the step number and the adhesive thickness,the reasonable repairs parameters set are obtained.

    In this paper based on modified H-R mixed variational principle for composite materials,with the stressstrain relations directly,derivation of a new mode of stress,the hybrid and isoparametric finite element formulation for the laminated composite plate was established. Then the Mathematica was applied for the programming and calculating of a numerical example. Compared with the modeling analysis result using Abaqus software and the exact solution provided in relevant literatures concerning some mechanical quantities,the result obtained in this way is proved to be closer to their exact solutions and satisfactory precision can be obtained with less mesh.

    With the fast development of China-EU air transport market,the cargo part of China-EU air transport market is shown gradually imbalance. At the same time,in China and EU's bilateral merchandise trade,China's surplus also appears to grow substantially. In this paper,we according to the China-EU air transport market cargo traffic data and China-EU merchandise trade data from 2000 to 2010,analysis between the air cargo imbalance and trade imbalance from two aspects carries on the whole of EU and each countries,and make preliminary discuss to China-EU air cargo imbalance. The results show that,the whole of EU with China air cargo market imbalance is related to the merchandise trade imbalance,while the specific situations of EU countries are different. At last,we analyzed the reason of this phenomenon and make a tentative conclusion that the final destination of goods can affect the imbalance of air cargo between certain countries. The conclusion is consistent with the characteristics of air cargo itself.

    When sensitive information is safely transmitted in the public network communication system,the overconcentrated privilege between the communication parties can sometimes cause cheating,but such safety problem can be solved by the group signcryption scheme. Based on the ID-based cryptography and elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem,a new ID-based group signcryption scheme is proposed. In the scheme,any t or more than t signcryption group members collaboratively can generate a valid group signcryption,and less than t can not generate a valid group signcryption;any w or more w receiver group members collaboratively can verify the legitimacy of the group signcryption and recover the encrypted message. Through security analysis of the proposed program,the program has authentication,confidentiality,data integrity,non -repudiation and unforgeability and other features.
