    To deal with the conflicts during aircrafts taxiing,a multi-Agent model is designed to meet the aircraft rules as well as controllers爷experience. A detailed description is given for each Agent's function and the interaction between the Agents. At the same time,the Agent reasoning process is described by using event-condition-action language. Finally the Agent model is certified with the Anylogic simulation platform. The results show that the regular algorithm can not only avoid aircraft conflicts effectively and intelligently,but also suit the aircraft operation process.

    A number of serious accidents were caused by flight crew errors in the past 20 years. Therefore,figuring out how to prevent or reduce flight crew errors is crucial to the reduction of aviation accident rate. It is feasible to find out the reasons for flight crew errors using human error prediction technology,then to improve cockpit design and carry out more flight crew trainings. Considering the demand for civil aviation safety,a flight crew error prediction model is developed based on current human error prediction techniques. Take off task is analyzed and flight crew errors are predicted both qualitatively and quantitatively in case study.

    Turbine blade is an important hot component of aviation engine. Its performance directly affects the mechanical efficiency of turbine. The flow field and temperature field of turbine blade are studied through 3-D numerical simulation.The analysis of numerical results is close to the actual situation. It is very useful to use multi-physics coupling calculation in selection of more effective cooling means of turbine blade in the future.

    To solve the missing problem of FTA and FMEA,a new safety analysis modeling and numerical solution method is proposed based on FMEA,named FMBD (failure mode block diagram). This method obtains the failure modes of the airborne equipments through FMEA,and establishes failure mode block diagrams depending on devices,working priniciples and relationships between device parts. By using FMBD method,an expression is proposed to calculate the failure rate. Compared with FTA method,the FMBD method not only simplifies the safety analysis process,but also overcomes the cut set omissions of FTA. The accuracy of failure rate estimation is improved. FMBD method is introduced into safety analysis of OPU,which is an airborne equipment. Through
    safety analysis of this equipment,some modifications of hardware design are proposed. After modifying,the security of OPU hardware has been greatly improved,and the preallocated development assurance level has been met. Through all these works,the feasibility and accuracy of this method get well verified. This method can also be applied to all levels of failure rate analysis of aircraft systems,offering new path for aircraft safety analysis.

    Taking QYZ5200TCB aircraft deicing vehicle as research object, a virtual model of deicing vehicle working arm is created with Pro/E by analyzing the structure and working principle of which. Then the virtual model is imported into ADAMS by Mechanism/Pro. The dynamics analysis and calculation are conducted with ADAMS by adding complex constraint and load, realizing Pro/E and ADAMS co-simulation and analysis of deicing vehicle working arm. A stability experiment is carried out to test the real working arm which is manufactured according to the simulation model. Results show that the motion of deicing vehicle working arm is stable and reliable with good continuity and no interference,proving that the simulation and analysis are reliable and offering reference to structure design and analysis of related civil aviation equipments.

    It is significant to confirm the optimal en-route climbing opportunity for flight safety and efficiency improvement.
    Take the crossing separation standard of Beijing control area as an example, aircrafts'required longitudinal
    separations before crossing flight levels are calculated by programming according to several typical models of
    aircrafts, takeoff weights, flight levels and other relevant factors, then the separations are corrected by
    considering speed change of aircrafts and the optimal opportunity for en-route climbing is defined. The result
    improves ATC's work efficiency and increases air traffic flow; meanwhile, it is worthwhile for capacity evaluation
    and airspace planning.

    With continually rapid growth of flight flow and increasing shortage of civil aviation airspace,effective detection of latent aircraft conflicts becomes the key to avoid aircrafts‘dangerous approach or collision occurrence. By establishing reasonable model around aircraft zone,a deterministic conflict detection algorithm is presented based on automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast(ADS-B),which first eliminates threatening aircraft,then detects aircraft conflict in horizontal and vertical directions respectively by making full use of the information such as longitude,latitude,velocity and heading of aircraft provided by ADS-B message and the ADS-B message characteristics including high-speed update rate. Matlab simulation is carried out about this detection algorithm,results show that this algorithm can remove no-threatening aircraft effectively,and timely warning can be given for threatening aircraft. This algorithm has positive significance to guarantee flight safety for free flight.

    The effects of Bio-SPK derived fromfood residualoilon the propertiesof aircraft fuel tank sealants are systematically studied. The results indicate that after soaking in Bio-SPK component at 93℃for 28 days,the hardness of dichromate cured polysulfide sealant and manganese cured polysulfide sealant greatly increased while the ultimate elongation and volume of those two sealants decreased significantly. When soaking in the fuel with 50/50 volume ratio of Bio-SPK and traditional jet fuel,the volume swell of dichromate cured polysulfide sealant increased from -3.0% to -0.5% while the volume swell of manganese cured polysulfide sealant increased from-6.7% to -5%. The hardness and ultimate elongation of those two sealants also changed obviously.

    Flight string problem is analyzed,and the connection between flights’average traffic volume and aircraft passenger capacity is considered. The factor of airline passenger overflow cost index is structured,and the optimized model of flight string based on minimum cost is proposed. At last GA based on Matlab is used to study the model.The simulation result with flight data shows that the model and algorithm are practical and effective. The optimization of flight string is meaningful to the airlines.

    Taking Jining Qufu Airport as an example,combining with the Heze Airport planning,a series of problems are indicated in Jining Qufu Airport on the point of urban planning and urban development. First,the location of the airport deviates from the tourist areas. Second,it does not provide sufficient guidance for the expansion of Jining urban space. In addition,it limits Heze Airport planning,disturbs the building of comprehensive transportation hub in Jining,and cannot satisfy the increasing amount of passengers. As these problems are significant and general,planners and decision makers should be more cautious about military and civil airports sharing.

    With the development of business travel market,enterprises are paying more attention to the travel management,and more and more travel managing companies are aiming at this market. Factors (involved enterprises and travel management companies)could influence the choices of enterprises are analyzed. After factor determination,travel management preferences will get clear,promoting development of air travel management market in
    China. Based on market situation and a questionnaire survey,the influence degree of 10 factors which affect enterprises'choice are derived through Probit model,the "cash flow","settlement means","value-added service offerings" and "matching degree" are significant. At last,some suggestions about enterprises and travel management companies are put foward according to empirical results.

    With the rapid economic growth, China's aviation industry has achieved remarkable development, which makes
    China changing from big country into powerful nation in the field of civil aviation. Meanwhile, liberalization becomes the developing trend of air transportation industry; namely government爷s management to aviation transportation enterprises has transferred from comprehensive supervision into regulation relying more on market forces, giving more options and flexibility. Drawing lessons from foreign deregulation experiences, government's route regulation is analyzed by using system dynamics method. SD model is established to analyze the impact of government airline deregulation to air transport system under different air transportation developing levels. Research results show that, with more developed and more perfect aviation transportation market, government's airline deregulation has bigger promotion to the aviation transportation system. Finally, corresponding suggestions and measures are put forward to China爷s government route control in next stage.

    The existence of projective plane which consists of Euclidean plane and an extrinsic straight line is an important research subject in projective geometry. There is a close connection between affine plane and projective plane in combinatorial design. A projective plane of order q corresponds to a (q2+q+1,q+1,1)symmetrical design,and an affine plane of order q corresponds to a(q2,q,1)resolvable design. Beginning with infinity element and projective line,the definition of projective plane is given. Furthermore,the elementary transformation of matrix and the position transformation of the diagonal elements are used to get the parallel classes of a resolvable design. Finally,a new construction of projective plane of prime order is obtained by adding q+1 points into each parallel class. The correctness and efficiency of the construction are validated through an example.
