On April 2nd, the 4th Aviation Silk Road International Conference was held in Hong Kong. The conference’s theme is “China Aviation Industry and International Cooperation”, which attracted more than 600 representatives and experts from the aviation and other industries, including Mr. Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Chairman of the “Road and Belt” International Cooperation Hong Kong Center, Ms. Liu Fang, Secretary General of the International Civil Aviation Organization, and Mr. Dong Zhiyi, Deputy Administrator of Civil Aviation Administration of China.
CAUC’s President Mr. Dong Jiankang was invited to make a keynote speech named “the Present Situation and Future Development of China Aviation Training Market” and attended the panel discussion on “Civil Aviation Talents: International Cooperation and Exchange”.
In his speech, Mr. Dong Jiankang briefly reviewed the development of aviation industry and training market in the past ten years, made some prospects for the future training market, and proposed to promote China’s aviation training by deepening the structural reform of industry training management and cultivating the employees’ sense of responsibility, systematic thinking, and engineering abilities.
From the year 2016, in order to better serve the “Road and Belt” Initiative and build a platform of cooperation and exchange, the Silk-Road Planning Research Center and other sectors successfully held three consecutive Aviation Silk Road International Conferences in Beijing, and promoted the cooperation between local governments, enterprises, research organizations and financial organizations.
