    A research work about wheel track deviation of civil aircrafts running on runway is presented. A non-contact system with high-frequency measurement of aircraft gear position is independently developed and used. 4 015 groups of aircraft wheel path data in total are measured in two periods of time on the west runway of Shanghai
    Hongqiao International Airport while all those aircrafts are in the state of taking off. The characteristics of wheel track deviation on the west runway are analyzed via mathematical statistics tools. Results show that the whole deviation of aircrafts is a little left to the centerline of runway. Airfield lighting can lead wheel track path to be more close to the centerline of runway. Results of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test indicate that the deviation of most civil aircrafts'wheel track obeys negative skewness distribution rather than normal distribution,and on west runway ofShanghai Hongqiao International Airport the mean value of whole civil aircraftsdeviation data is-0.34m and it's standard deviation is 0.84 m.

    First of all,according to the process methods,all the risk processes in ATC operation can be found,and control measures can be drawn from "people","machine","environment"and "management". Secondly,resources can be distributed reasonably by a linear programming model,so implementation plan of control measures can be got. As a result,under constraint conditions of limited resources inputting,it can achieve the overall best risk control effect. Examples show that the model is reasonable and feasible.

    According to analysis of present aviation maintenance situation,it is of great practical significance to improve aviation maintenance efficiency. The effect of aviation maintenance coherence on aviation maintenance efficiency is mainly discussed from job category differences,job locations and similarity of job tools. The simulation of B737 aircraft nose landing gear wheel disassembling is presented to introduce the theory of action analysis. Nut removal is taken as an example to analyze and compare the maintenance action under different scenarios. Finally,it is proofed that the coherence advancement of aviation maintenance greatly improves aviation maintenance efficiency.

    Several foreign hub airports have built the end-around taxiway,which has been proved effective. For China's airports with closely spaced parallel runways,end-around taxiways(EAT)are ready to be built. The configuration of runways with EAT is helpful for decreasing the aircraft movements of crossing runways,improving operation safety and reducing the workload of ATC controllers. A path selection optimization model for arriving aircraft taxiing is established and validated by SIMMOD simulation software with the data of Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. The calculation results show that the end-around taxiway has a significant effect for reducing aircraft ground taxiing time,especially in the condition of peak hours with large aircraft movement.

    In order to improve the air traffic flow management in airport terminal area,the dynamic flight landing sequence is adjusted to achieve the most effective use of the airport and airspace capacity. To reduce the economic loss of flight delays,a novel dynamic immune particle swarm optimization (DIPSO)is designed,focusing on dynamic change of the aircraft landing scheduling,combining with the sliding time window and considering various realistic constraints,ensuring minimum flight delay cost while taking into consideration the work load of controllers and flight landing fairness. Simulation results show that this model effectively reduces the delay cost in dealing with dynamic flight landing compared with first-come,first-served principle

    Combined with the specificity of Luyang Lake General Aviation Airport,such as complex function,aircraft type diversification,various levels of the flight crew and so on,the airfield grade is confirmed as well as the orientation,length,width of the hard runway,grass runway and water runway adjusted to the specification parameters. Based on the traffic organization's convenience,fight safety,the minimal impact to other functional areas and the optimal viewing angle,the southeastern scheme is adopted from 3 site layout schemes.     Aiming at the recruitment,training and assessment of aircraft maintenance mechanics,the maintenance competency evaluation model is established based on matter element analysis and entropy weight. The matter element system of maintenance mechanics,competency evaluation is established. Then,weights of competency indexes are determined by using entropy weight method.     Based on the sample data of aircraft industry and related industry from 1990 to 2012 in China and improved Grillches-Jaffe knowledge production function,the influence of finance resource came from enterprise itself and Government Science & Technology Funding on innovation output of aircraft industry is analysed empirically. The study indicates:in aircraft industry's R&D activities,the influence of enterprises'self-directed investment on innovation output is greater than the government's direct investment,and the enterprise capital's output elasticity is 0.905 929,the output elasticity of government funding is only 0.206 212;In addition,researches in the field of fundamental knowledge of aircraft conducted in public research and development units funded by the government shows positive spillover effects on aircraft industry's innovation output,the output elasticity is 0.147 512. Thus it can be seen that to promote the development of aircraft industry innovation,Chinese government should not only use its direct and indirect effect of science and technology funding,but also adopt policy incentives to stimulate investment in science and technology of enterprises.

    China's foreign trade has grown fast and become a bigger part of international market. During this fast-growing period,the development of foreign trade has influenced air transportation directly and indirectly,the growth of commodity trade has more needs for air-freight,and also international communication promotes the development
    of air passenger transport. Based on the dynamic effect theory of international trade and 1982-2011 years'data,the Granger causality test is used between the 'total volume of imports and exports' and 'air transportation turnover volume'. Then a finite distributed lag model of foreign trade and air transportation growth is developed.
    The results reveal that there is a causal relationship between foreign trade and air transportation,and the contribution value is 0.28.

    Firstly,the definition and estimation of LCC (life cycle cost)are introduced. Secondly,a model of civil aircraft project breakeven analysis based on LCC is preferred,which solves the impact between suppliers (OEM)and operators (airlines)of airplane. Finally,a sample used this model is provided,which indicates that the high fidelity and availability of the model in engineering program is proved. In the end,some proposals about further study are proposed.

    The skid resistance of wet asphalt airport pavement is studied. The friction coefficients of three asphalt surfaces under the condition of different water film thicknesses are measured by remote sensor for pavement condition recognition and pendulum friction tester. By the test results,when water film thicknesses are in range of 0 ~ 1 mm,friction coefficients of the three surfaces show a downward trend and when the water film thicknesses are in range of 1 ~5 mm,friction coefficients remain unchanged. Based on the experimental data,the effecting mechanism of water film thickness on friction coefficient is analyzed and the variation model of friction coefficient with the change of water film thickness in range of 0~5 mm is established. The model indicates that as the water film thickness increases, the frictional interaction between the tire and the road surface gradually goes through three different stages of lubrication,and a logarithmic relationship between friction coefficient and water film thickness is found during the mixed lubrication stage. The influence of water film thickness on friction coefficient is mainly controlled by surface micro-texture,and the increase of water film thickness has less impact on friction coefficient in the case of low speed sliding.

    A numerical simulation study on the characteristics of premixed flame of propane/air is carried out by software Fluent in a smooth square channel at normal pressure and temperature conditions. Both standardized k -ε turbulence model and four-step kinetic mechanisms of propane-oxidation are initiated. Flame propagation characteristics such as flame velocity,structure,surface area,position and time-of-arrival can be obtained along the channel. The main conclusions are:the flame propagation velocity first increases and then decreases.The flame velocity achieves maximum at the distance of 50 mm from the ignition point. When t = 21 ms,a typical tulip structure flame can be observed. The positive-feedback differential loop resulted fromthe preheating and compressing unburnt mixtures by the precursor shock ahead of the flame front can be considered as the mainly mechanism of flame propagation in the channel. Subsequently,the flame propagation velocity decreases under the influence of compression waves reflected from the channel terminus. In contrast with the experimental results,the obtained numerical simulation results are reasonable.
