Keynote speaker introduction:

Professor Zhang Zheng is a distinguished doctoral mentor of  BUAA(Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics).Professor Zhang is mainly engaged in the study of prediction and prevention of material failure, of structure and properties of materials, as well as the application of material deformation and fracture monitoring technology. He has undertaken national key basic research projects, National Science and technology support programs, industry pre-research projects, Natural Science funds, national key R&D projects, etc.He has been awarded 2 first-class prizes 1 second-class prize, 3 third-class prizes  for Scientific and Technological Advancement as well as the supporting plan for excellent talents in the new century. He is now the member in the Advisory Board of Safe Production Committee of the State Council (SPC-SC), as well as the member in National Special Equipment Safety Technical Committee. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, vice-chairman of the Failure Analysis Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and a member of the Special Committee of Failure Analysis of the Chinese Aeronautical Society.
