Keynote speaker introduction:

As a professor of Beijing Jiaotong University, Mr. Fan published more than 70 academic papers, among which he was the first author of more than 30 SCI papers, including Scientific Reports, Appl.Phys.Lett. IEEE J Light. Tech, IEEE J Sel Top Quant, optic express and other international high-level academic journals. His articles have been cited for hundreds of times. He won the three prize of the Tianjin Natural Science Prize. In the past five years, he has presided over two programs of National Natural Science Foundation, special sub-tasks of major national-level instruments, and key projects of exploration. The funds for the projects have exceeded tens of millions.
